I was searching for nfl lineman highlights and this was the like 3rd or 4th thing that came up. I’m sharing this to my teams group chat
Brad’s Sports Vids same
W manz
Just found you channel and I believe every lineman should watch this. Great information and quality content, thank you for you service.
Same i wrestler to
Ikr
I football player linemen to
0 dislikes, love to see it. Happy to see how far you’ve come, from my sophomore year of High School to my first season in college. Big ups 🙏🏾
Appreciate you
Damn man you jinxed it
Lineman Football Lmao, probably just salty skill players who want to put us big boys down 😂
@@user-lb6xi3nf3oyep also got any advice for football tryouts
This really helped man I'm 13 playing for a youth national football team and I want to be better for myself and my teammates
How’s high school?
Same big dig
For newbies/rookies like me your channel has been wonderful. I never paid much attention to the real side of the sport in HS and am just now playing women's tackle football. So your information has been invaluable.
Great tips! I wish this existed back when I played. I agree on how much the body of a lineman has changed. Versatility and athleticism go so far now. I love that lineman are being shed light on, thank you!
One suggestion/question, would you consider creating gear in youth sizes? My son plays O-Line and D-Line and loves what you’ve released.
Just started tackle football lately this channel has Ben so helpful in the past so if you’re playing football defenetly recommend him
We’re the fat Boys at
Right here but I’m on that line and I love it
14 yrs old 6,0” 190 lbs not the biggest but on the line 💪
@Coop Gardiner do that in the weight room not in the kitchen ✊💪
14, 230 lbs, 5"9
13 6’0 255
Love your vids really helpful keep up the good work
really well explained i was looking for such a channel👍💪
I took a whole page of notes on this. Thanks for the tips
One of my current coaches is amazing, especially for dline. He was actually on the panthers but his career came short when he blew out his knee. He was a beast too, it’s a shame.
Thank you for everything man
Great vid man
Hey bro big fan keep up good work
"Watch the Linemen, not the Ball."
I always do!
And would add to that, also watch some Sumo, there's a lot of it on RUclips if you search and some of the skills are very transferable.
This channel has made more aware of the o line and my position
1st love the vids bro
i needed this i have a jamboree at fayette missouri
The long body helps with the reach all you gotta do is get their pads and they can't move you control them they tell us that on the first day of practice
Thx for tip I'm soon to be lineman
I’ve been playing lineman for years but any tips help all the time
Sending this to the bears team group chat
im a 180 pound tackle decent technique. I totally agree w athleticism over size . I’m a small linemen but I hold my ground w footwork and hands . I may not be the best in the state or nation whatever , but the team we have can’t rely on size and power , so we were taught to trust our technique . 🤙🏽
I’m a 130 pound lineman smallest on the team but I’ve played like my whole life
@@ashtongeoghegan8224 No way you play in high school at that weight
Wait @linemanfootball can you do vids where you go over clips that we send in
You should also watch NFL Breakdown with offensive lineman and learn how they react and adapt
bruh i always be watching those
Thank you for the advice because my school football team needs me to play lineman I would love to play that role to I need tips on how to get in standard form for lineman and to hit hard
I’ve been watching you for a few days now since I’m planning on starting to play football. And now you made a video 0_0 perfect. Trying to get into the NFL
Same, you can do it!
What’s ur name
Hey do u have any tips on trying to get back to playing football on the line I haven’t played in one year and I just want to make sure my muscle will work the same way
Good vid
I just started being lineman and this helped
I’m gonna be a lineman is it that bad
@@Braydenzillavlogs yes because we are the biggest players we have to work harder to become a skilled player but you’ll get through it hardest thing by far is conditioning but other than that it’s all good
@@Crackerracker ok thank u bro this my first year I’m kinda nervous any tips
Thanks man I never thought of it that way
I always watch your videos but I’m not into the podcast , I love these types of vids
Fair. So how you like me to change the channel? Maybe move the main podcast to a separate and upload a couple clips to the main channel?
Lineman Football that would be insane 👑
I’m not gonna lie I gained 40 pounds in 1 summer and fist game in I my back got fucked up so i recommended you put on muscle and only 20 pounds per 3 months
I gained 50 pounds over a summer too. I can agree that it seriously fucks you up.
I played RT in Jr. High this year and I legit got done last Thursday, when I started watching football more and focusing less on preparing for practice. I started watching more football on TV, I only watch RT's unless the QB throws a pass and the RT is out of shot. Its not hard for me personally but I could kina see why it would be hard
Everyone wants to be Quentin Nelson
So glad to be a colts fan🙌😎
I got his autograph
No I want to be better
I wanna be Zack Martin😎
My dad got to coach him for training camp cause he knew their line coach when Peyton Manning was there
This comment is nothing for clout or anything, but I just wanna put this out there. When I started playing football in middle school I always wanted to play Receiver and Running back. Starting in my freshmen year I’m playing Linebacker and it’s the most exciting thing. Guys, don’t fight the coaches when you play a position you don’t want to. I feel like defensive players don’t get enough love like Receivers and other skill positions get. But anyways I’m starting a RUclips channel called “Linebacker PRIME” and this is not I repeat NOT a self advertisement, but I want to turn my new channel into a channel to help new football players come into the sport. Mate, Lineman Football has helped me through my entire journey and I hope to be a D1 Backer one day ☝️💪 🙏 Stay strong athletes, and keep balling. 🏈
Is your podcast only available in the us?
Podcast is no longer alive. Might bring back later in the year
I’m a 5’4 girl and my position is a lineman 🧍🏽♀️
Actually impressive
Thats actually impressive, last year on my team there was a 5'7 300 pound girl on our line.
do you stream on RUclips cuz if you do I will subscribe
Im trying to be a lineman for my highschool football team im 6'1 314 pounds is that gould or where should i try to be
Honestly I agree with a lot of his tips but the one about wheight is so true one of my friends wanted to be a guard he asked me what my wheight is I told I wheigh 156 pounds he said he only weighs 140 pounds we were playing video games yesterday and he told me that he now weighs 152 he put on 12 pounds in a month and a half when he should have just worried about his strenght
How old are you? I'm a sophomore in highschool and I'm apart of a really small football team. I am the center and mid linebacker and I weight 175 pounds at 6'0 foot
The title: 10 tips
The end of the video: 11 tips
Actual Tips: 9
Still great anyways
10 tips sounds better than 9 tips
Excellent video as always, by the way do you know some channel like six zero but for dline?...
Cause I'm one of those coaches you mentioned in your video, here on México is very common for small teams to play both sides of the ball so I played mostly OL but since I had some reps on defense when I came back to my hometown I decided to help my team by coaching but they asked me to be a Dline coach because of that little experience I had but I want to be better as a coach and I want to learn some things for my children to learn
Six zero does both I think??
Thank you, I will subscribe then, keep up the good work you're awesome 👌
im a small 5-9 filipino. im at 245lbs.
how can i increase my confidence? i lose my strength even just in training because i get scared..
got any tips for me/?
(Technically) my first game is next Saturday, so I'm nervous thanks
hello what is the age limit to be a professional lineman greetings and thanks
Should I Gain More Weight? I'm 5'6.5 and I'm starting left guard on my freshman football team. But I only weigh 162 pounds and I don't know if I could play a different position because I'm slow af but I do have a lot of muscle and power. opinions?
No. From my experience playing left tackle on sophomore year, my suggestion is to work on your stance
I wanna play like Howie Long and Lyle Alzado
I’m the one in the red shirt I looked it up because I I’m trying to make the team
I’m a freshman lineman and playing hs varsity football 😰 a little scared but this video was very helpful 😄
I wish I could do that, I might transfer to do that because my school is a powerhouse and impossible to get on varsity as a freshman
I have a question, I watch NFL games that are on RUclips, and I take notes of what the Defensive ends are doing
what’s the question ??
Just lost 22-0 need this
I lost 48 0
Hey I have a vid suggestion can you do a video on hot weather tips ?
I’m 5”9 180lbs yet my coach still told me to do linemen drills. It’s not that I don’t like it, it’s just that the other people are way taller and stronger. Any tips?
Build muscle in offseason and perfect your technique
If you haven’t you need to watch the movie Greater you can find it on Netflix
So i have a question,So im 5,6 12 and 176 pounds and im going into 7th grade, but for how much i way and how big i am i am the fastest big guy on the team but i didnt get a position yet, what position do you think i would be fit for?
If your a big dude I’d say center for o line or nose for d line. I’m 5’7 240 pounds and I play nose on o line and left guard on o line at my highschool.
I meant nose on d line😂
Alright thanks coach considered me 2nd string center because we have a really good one but im also not to like chubby so i can maybe play fullback or linebacker thats what coach has been thinking fullback but I dont know
How do create more power on your blocks cause I’m a TE and I’m skinny
Hit the hip. It’s a balance point and it can knock people on their ass.
What position should I play I am 210 pounds and I am 5 ft 8 in. I am trying to be either a defensive end, o lineman or linebacker. Which one should I choose i really want to be either of this three positions. Please comment and tell me.
Well first, how old are you, what grade are you in?
I would definitely see you as a defensive end if your in 8th or 9th, if you in 10th, 11th, or 12th, then I would see you as a linebacker.
Flowz I’m thirteen years old and I’m in 8th grade
@@SantoshKumari-ww2jd I would work on your pass rushing ability as a linebacker and then using that you might be able to transition into a defensive lineman role later down the line
Ryan Robinson which position would you suggest for me then
Ima right tacke and guard and ima on d ond o
Can anyone recommend a good cheap visor?
Berrnet
do more tip videos
Working on it
Left guard/Right guard WYA😎?
I'm a high school lineman who is only 5'6 200 lbs so these videos help alot for some tips and tricks I dont get during practice
Taylot Lewan and Dbak high key the best OTs in the league and Taylor is the most athletic no cap
I’m 170 pounds and one of the best lineman ever n the team
Jason Kelce
Just got my helmet for 10th grade
Anthony Castonzo and taylor lewan are the exact same weight and height.
Dislikes are the running backs scared to go through the a gap
I like how everyone is saying how small they are and I’m 14 5 ft and like 100 pounds and I’m a defensive lineman.
Idk if D line is for you, maybe try Corner or RB?
How small af is your team?
@@sacramentokingswillrise7525 You never know tbh. Sometimes my coaches would put people who they didnt know what to do with on the line.
Hey should I start working out Im 13?
I would honestly recommend doing body weight stuff at a young age, I was a freshman in high school before I really started to hit the weight room hard. Doing 100 pushups and 100 body weight squats before bed was te routine I would do prior to lifting weights
Ryan Robinson ok
Ryan Robinson what about dumbbells
@@jakehoxie235 yeah maybe a few spare dumbell workouts here or there but really I think at your age bodyweight exercise is just as beneficial as dumbbells w no chance of injury
Ryan Robinson ok thx for help
I have a question
I have an answer maybe
my season was canceled 😔
Pain😔
What’s LeCharles Bentley socials?
@olineperformance
D TACKLE NATION!! WHERE YOU AT??
Just lost my first game 30-6 hope this helps out
Same , i lost 48 0 tho
Lost 0-35
I went 40-20 for my first game, we won.
That’s a fact tho we gotta eat healthy
I watch right guards all the time, instead of watching the ball I watch the big boys
I want you to make a video on how to block anyone
Elaborate?
@@Footballrs I don’t understand
This is why we should all wrestling as lineman
I can say with experience, wrestling is the absolute best companion sport for football
Denver Broncos please watch this video and better the o line.
what if the coach doesnt show any interest even after he saw you pop off in game.
Does anyone else watch these but not play lineman.
2nd yak
I’m transitioning from d line to o line for the first time this Saturday. Nervous af 😭
How'd you do?
Someone needs to come up with a song named I’m proud to be a lineman
I’m a right tackle and in 8th grade
NoahIS TheSIMP ay me too
Evan Harmon nice man
right tackle 12th grade 😎
It's Aライフスタイル nice man today is game day for me
NoahIS TheSIMP wow lucky! our season got moved to february
I’m a 5,6 131 pound lineman I think I’m cooked
Why are you comparing our Oline boys to LeBron? Stick with football references pls. I'm a Footballer Momma here for tips for my Sophomore Oline, tackle/Center(as our new Center isn't getting his snaps or something) and Dline guard. He's come even further after earning his letter last year and he is the opitomy of COACHABLE. They love him at 6'2, 260ish played since 2nd grade always winning trophies and awards. I'm so proud of him, everyone just pushes on him, expecting more and more, having him cover and take on whatever Oline position who's struggling until their ready to go back, it's ALOT, but he's actually up for it! Gr8 Kiddo!
I have one tip, GET LOW
GOD ! How about less talk and and actual instructional video ???????????
Other team where their line at ?? 🤨. Hog ( trailer comes onto the field ) other team 😟 oh noo Us “ THE PANCAKE PLATOON IS HEEEERRREEE “ the hogs are here 🤬🤬🤬
Like if the colts have the best o-line😤💪
