The E-11 has been my favourite generic blaster since I saw A New Hope. Sure Han has his iconic blaster pistol and Boba Fett has the EE-3 rifle, but the stormtrooper rifle has remained one of my favourite blaster weapons.
While i'm firmly with the Rebels, i do love some of the weapons the Imps used. I myself prefer the heavier weapons, especially rotary cannons like the Z-6
I absolutely LOVE the T-21 in Battlefront 2. It's very accurate and completely wrecks anyone it hits. I've spent many battles guarding command points by myself with this monster on hand and the kills keep coming!
I wouldn't blame the stormtroopers for their poor aim. I'd blame the person who designed the helmets. They've mentioned a couple times in canon material its hard to see in those things
This is actually a misconception. The reason people cannot see out of them is because they stole the helmets. Before a trooper puts it on, they must activate a code that starts its systems, which includes a heads-up display that allows them to access several imaging functions, such as one that they can use that links up with their blaster's scope for more accurate fire. Rebels and infiltrators do not have access to that trooper's individual code, thus leading to them wearing a non-functional helmet. Also, stormtroopers do have good aim. It's just a stupid joke that people use and now is a huge error that people think is true.
The Aldhani E-10 is actually called an E-10.5 it’s a combination of an E-11 and E-10, it’s an improved version of the E-10, I’d say it doesn’t jam as much since it’s an improved version
I think my favorite is the e11d used by purge troopers. I think it is both sad and cool how the empire still used the higher trained clone troopers over a specialized storm trooper

Sometimes it's a heavy blaster rile, sometimes it's a sniper rifle (T-21B), and sometimes it's a light repeating blaster. Also what exactly is the difference between a heavy blaster rifle and a light repeating blaster anyway?

That’s because George Lucas actually based a lot of his weapons of or real world weapons. Like the DTL-19 is based off of the MG-42
pretty sure the valken 38x is based off a FG-42 and MG42 mashed together
To be specific the DLT-19 takes inspiration from the MG-34, not the MG-42.
The T-21 is just a Lewis Machine Gun without the mag and some random stuff on it
And also the DL-44 has it’s roots traced back to the ww2-era Mauser

The DLT is easily one of my favorite blasters with how it's basically a machine gun blaster. I still like the Republic's blasters more though.
