My advice is to get a bread making machine, they have a dough setting that does what this device does, while also giving you the ability to cook your dough if you choose to do so.
I actually got one a while back (ruclips.net/video/oR_jsE3WqhE/видео.html) and really like it, but I wanted something with a larger capacity for bigger batches of dough.
Yes, although now I use this one (ruclips.net/video/nkP6jp_vRN0/видео.html). It’s similar, but also has a fermentation function. So it’ll depend if you want fermentation option or not.
I think they are Fantastic. !!!! The Plastic lid is useless on the Aiffel. (It will Break !!!) so I use a Stainless Steel Lid !!!! I leave the Dough overnight to ferment, because it makes much nicer bread !!!! I prefer not to heat up dough because you get a tasteless loaf of Bread. !!!! I make Pizza Dough mostly !!!! You need to always remove the Impeller !!! Mine Stuck in and the only way I could remove it was with a large Slide Hammer !!!! I have bought a new Machine with a Heater !!!! I leave the Dough in the Machine until I bake it !!!! I much prefer it to a Food Mixer, Food Processor or a Bread Machine !!!!! For Pizzas Bread machines are too small and Awkward to use !!!! This Machine has Five times the Kneading Power of a Bread Machine !!!!!
