Your attention to detail is awesome. I love how you have all the fittings in the valve block turned to match.
Those rear wheels 24"x15"!! Sick as frick man!! Stock fuel tank, raised up of course but still a stock tank in there with everything else so no paint or body work needed with moving fuel doors or anything like that. I love how all you guys do is paint it Black. Not all you do, but lot of places smear Bondo on stuff to "mold" it, aka hide shit. You guys leave it raw in a sense and show all the welds and brackets and it's not grinder happy all-over. Looks like a machine did all that work it's crazy! It's beefy as hell to not all flimsy looking with thin plates or tinny tubbing. One day when my Toyota mini grows up to be a full-size I know were I'm going to get work done!!

I see you guys cut and capped the gas tank cross member, can you just cut that if you drive shaft is hitting it?? or did you reinforce the frame when cutting that cross member?
Unless something has changed recently, the Viair compressors can’t be mounted sideways like that. They will work but severely shorten the life of the compressors. The piston wears uneven on the head when they are mounted that way. Just a heads up (unless Viair has corrected this issue in the past couple years)
4:15 its also just smart to keep wires and hoses clean and uniform to last a long time

Will 265 35 22 fit on a 22in.x9.5 rim ? will they work on a 5-7 drop for a 2007 classic Silverado ext .cab without rubbing.

Maybe a dumb question but why are the wheels on most bagged trucks set deeper in the fender wells (mainly in the front) than they would be on stock suspension? Its the only thing keeping me from bagging mine, I just don't like the look of the wheels sitting so deep in the fenders compared to being as close to the edge as possible.
Beautiful build. I have a Denali exactly like this one. I've been thinking about doing a air setup but nobody does this type of work in my area.

Good work fellas. 👌🏽 quick question, how does bag behind the axle ride? I've personally never rode on one. My bags are on the lower link bars. And it's pretty smooth, how does bag on bar compare to bag behind axle
Its a smooth ride. Bag on bar can be smoother depending on location of the bag. However for this setup keeping factory gas tank, can use multiple sizes of wheels. Best location is behind axle.
I've looked for the video on the front kit, but I can't seem to find it. How does it all work with the front half shafts and such?!

Thanks, not sure. Would have to weigh all the factory components vs new components.
Ofcourse it adds more weight than being stock
But the real question is, can this still tow or haul factory specs?

If your question is "can a bagged truck still pull/haul?" Then I would say there is more than its fair share of videos showing bagged dually pulling car haulers. Thanks

He told me that he’s got 6” springs for the rear for my Tahoe. So I wanna have y’all do a free travel mod, add the 6” springs in the rear and also adjust my front McGaughys struts down another 1” to 1 1/2”. Y’all have an email!? No hate but why doesn’t the truck lay out more? Front barely tucks wheel, was it laying crossmember?
No worries. Lays flat on crossmember. It would tuck more if they were 26s or bigger.
On the 99-06 trucks the trans crossmember needs sectioned to lay flat on the frame. I guess my question is, does this one lay frame or on crossmember? I’m doing all this for the first time on my 06 crew cab just trying to gather info
