I have arthritis and compressed disc in lower back, will this stop me being able to do roll up?

Hi Moira. Sorry to hear about your back issues. I’m sure this causes you some discomfort. Without knowing/seeing you it’s hard to say yes or not, however I wouldn’t teach roll-ups in my group classes where arthritis/osteoporosis are common issues. Instead I’d focus on shoulder bridges and extension. Can you do four point hovers? How about twists? I’d recommend trying this session for tight hips since there’s a lot of spine mobility in here that could help you. Always work in a pain free range. ruclips.net/video/s9Rt-vQXLDw/видео.htmlsi=jGFpCnyEDGY5-KVK
