    Thank you for telling me how to depressurize the fuel tank. It may be obvious to some folks, but I am not one of them. Another video mentioned the need for this but did not explain how, so I was glad you did.

    Small washer is for the bottom connection..If you check it looks like a cone there. That's where the copper ring sets, sometimes old ones are stuck from the olde filter when removed.

    Can u recommend where u got your filter
    I used a autozone filter and had to return it . Would not seat properly with the washers

      FF696DL is the part number and it is from autozone, at 0:20 you can kinda see the box sorry 😅

      autozone and advance both leaked on me/i used the supplied washers
      gonna try a oem from honda, any suggestions what went wrong?

      both from the top/waiting on oem, tried putting old one back-leaks but very small/while I wait for oem

      @@grockindabuilding4744 it sounds like its not the rings but where its sitting might have a bad threads, if the threads are bad you need teflon tape

      it’s in the passenger wheel well or it’s under the skid plate next the to oil pan

    How often should the filter be change?

      Good question. Usally around 50k depending on the driving and what type of gas is put in, cheap gas will have a lot of particles, hint:don’t let your gas get to low because fuel pump well pump up the little debris left on the bottom of the tank

      Try to find where
      -be careful because the threads they’re really easy to strip, especially from the hard line
      -what some people like to do on the threads is put Teflon tape if it’s not sealing right, but do it at your own risk it’s not recommended but that’s what some people do for last resort. Good luck
