Rog Destrier is such a comfortable and adjustable chair, never in my life would've thought that I'll genuinely like the "gaming" chair

Herman Miller, all day everyday. There’s a reason they are consistently top of awards for workstation chairs

*Chair:* Balt 34434 Ergo Ex Executive
    *Purchased:* mid March 2012
*Only Issue:* at eleven years old, I went to foam specialist store and bought a 22” x 22” solid foam base with matching memory foam top to place one the existing seat.
*NOTE:* this was not necessary other than I am getting heavier in my old age. The original base seat is still holding up, no deterioration, I just want more comfort as I sit in this chair 8 to 12+ hours six days a week.

I just got the Herman Miller Embody gaming chair in black with the atlas headrest just last month on sale here. Best chair i ever bought. No regrets at all.

My brothers have the Herman Miller Aeron and the SteelCase Leap v2. For my lightweight build, the steelcase Leap v2 remains the most comfortable ergonomic office chair i’ve sat in. I tried the Herman Miller Cosm chair in store and it was amazing too but needs better arm rests. The Herman Miller Eames chair and ottoman for lounging was out of this world, but insanely priced

The embody is pretty cool if you like the aesthetic. Comfort-wise it's HM modern take on the Aeron

Hey great video! I am currently using a gravity patio chair, one of those folding ones. I have a herniated disc, and any real office chair that will work for my back is just not affordable right now. I have a sheet of 1/4" birch plywood that I sanded up smooth which is my desk and I clip it to the chair with a spring clamp. It works surprisingly well, and my back can handle about 6 hours in the chair. My old office chair the wife now uses and she likes it. The problem with it is it doesn't lean back and for my back I need to be able to lean back, sitting up straight or leaning forward just doesn't work. I will probably wait till I can buy a perfect office chair. And right now I only spend a day or two a week in front of the computer as I spend lots of time out In the shop working.

I using this chair: GTPlayer PRO SERIE GT505
I've had 4 different chairs over the years, but I wasn't satisfied with any of them.
This GTPlayer chair I've had this for about 1.5 years, but I'm perfectly satisfied with it! It has everything I need and it is reasonably priced. The chair material is also very good! I don't like leather chairs because you get melt in them and after a few years the leather is starts to crack. So this GTPlayer chair material is fabric as they call it, a breathable mesh material. But it's really good, it doesn't heat up and it's really breathable.
I strongly recommend it to everyone, although it could be cheaper than everything else, but the price is still bearable in today's world.

I've been using the IKEA Alëfjall for 3 years now. It's has a low back support. But it is seriously comfortable. I absolutely love that thing. I couldn't buy one with a high back support because I have limited space. My setup is in a corner and behind me is a wall rack so the high back support would bump into it.

I'm looking for a chair at the moment too. Does that Flexispot one have any lumbar support, as it doesn't look like it from the video? And are the armrests squidgy or hard? Lastly, are you also planning on a monitor review anytime soon? Thanks bro!

Depends how much you value your spine, you spend 8+ hours sitting on them every day (:

Do you find yourself using the headrest a lot? I've never tried one (with headrest before) - I actually tend to sit on the edge of the chair with both feets firmly plented on the floor to promote spine engagement.
We used to have Aeron's at our interior design office but the mesh structure is actually pretty bad for wear and tear (even they have a 15y warranty, we'd have many of them sitting around waiting for their staff to come fix them) - Now we've switched to Humanscale's Freedom Task (6 years) and it's been a huge upgrade. I love how low profile & easy to use they are, you get the same kind of support as an Aeron class chair but without having to fiddle with all the knobs (not a problem for home office, but in an open space qwhere you change seat everyday - pretty annoying).
They're quite expensive though but as you said, you spend 8+ hours sitting on them per day.
The other half of that comfort equation is the sit/stand desk. Even if you don't use the stadning mode, the ability to have it at the perfect height for your elbow & wrist is worth every $

I was using a leftover chair from my old dining room set!! Horrible for sitting long term. Here's the copy/paste of the chair I've been using for a couple years now from Office Depot here in the states. WorkPro® 1000 Series Ergonomic Mesh/Mesh Mid-Back Task Chair, Black/Black, BIFMA Compliant. It's 100 times better than the "chair" I was suffering with for all of that time.

At our office a lot of the meshes were broken because people wouldn't see properly on them... They're not the sturdiest for that environment but for home usage it's fantastic

After you've owned it for 6-months to a year, let us know if it squeaks. I bought a cheap chair off of Amazon and it squeaks horribly. I hate my chair...looking for a squeak-free replacement.

If you had that problem with your back then it is most likely with your spine. Do you do any physical exercise regularly? I guess you do not. And because of that your muscles are weak and cannot support your spine properly, thus when you tried to move the vertebrae pressed the nerve. I recommend to visit a specialist and ask for advice. I think for example swimming would be beneficial for you, but it is always better to turn to the experts.

I ordered a Stressless Consul with wheels. I think all this gaming/office chairs are good for rolling from one part of table to another stand up and sit down oftenly. I tried different chairs and i think with the Stressless (tried it at furniture store) i can finally chill at PC like i did with consoles at sofa.
Was thinking of buying the Herman Miller Aeron, but testers said the metal frame can be annoying at the seat area.

I search for 24/7 chairs bought one (not happy) still searching. huge issue finding a suitable chair, I guess changing out your chairs once a year is maybe the best they all send you to a different skeletal configuration after a time anyways. I vote for antigravity got to be the best, I am hoping to find such a chair or maybe robotic, Huge field of study, all I get is ID10T errors!
