    Crank is off a little bit thats why it vibrates so much but that thing looks sweet good work ❤

      @@loganfrogs956 crank was balanced in Thailand and when i checked it was 0.02 spinning perfectly straight. Might need a little bit more weight balancing but they all vibrated with high compression!

    Why you don't go with automatic clutch?
    And is it nicely to add that oil tank in the rear?

      @@bouazzamajdoubi7974 why would i do a automatic clutch? Yes its good to have a catch can on a really big bore, helps with internal engine pressure and catches any oil if it pushes it out 🤙🏼

      Its very close for sure. I got a smaller tire on the way should have more clearance. Wanted to lower it more but i can’t 😅

    try a 300CC BUILT 2 STROKE... mo-powa per CC... FI, hale yea, they make nice systems these days small and light, quiet.. double your HP BEAUTIFUL engine tho... bet its fun as you know what . . .

      @@deandee8082 maybe one day man, building the engine would be easy they sale bbk for 250 2 strokes to be 300cc and even 500cc now a days. Swapping it in would be the harder part but maybe one day. There all fun tho when its fast lol

      @@bouazzamajdoubi7974 it’s expensive man, gotta piece it all together and to get the parts its not super easy. But power im thinking over 40hp maybe more. Same set up in Thailand makes over 50hp so we will see how it does! 🤙🏼

    Cool build man! I have never seen a 300cc big bore. Are you going to install a oil cooler and a air filter?

      Its all custom from Thailand dude. No plans for oil cooler im still tuning it in, if it needs it i will add one for sure but seems to be fine now no overheating issues. But no air filter v stack gets more flow and i dont ride it in dirty areas its mostly just to race around the block and maybe go to the drag strip a few times

    when the front wheel compresses will it touch the engine? maybe a 250 would of fit better?

      Its close for sure i got a smaller tire on the way should clear better. But no way 250s a heavy slow pig lol

      @@red88ization no oil cooler. You don’t need one if you build it right and do the correct oil mods! My 240cc grom has no oil cooler and runs at 210 all day 🤙🏼

    is the transmission stock? cause I would imagine that's something you would want to upgrade

      @@dema669 no sir the transmission is not stock even tho stock one should be fine but it was completely changed out. The clutch is the one that needs to be upgraded the stock one is really weak and hardly hold the stock power

    do they make 300cc big bore kits in thailand for lifan engines? or does it have to be a honda wave or honda grom? i want to build one but not spend the money on a honda engine

      They make everything in Thailand dude not sure about 300cc i made this kit my self but maybe. Look around they have awesome builds there

      I got an 88cc barrel and piston, plus big carb for a 50cc from thailand, pretty cool.

      @@mipfer theres no kit for this man its all custom. You have to piece it all together. This size wouldn’t fit a stock block. Biggest they sale for stock is 66mm

    from that idle sound..i think you need to degree camshaft..

      Camshaft was degreed if you watch the video.. idle lobe sound is made with the aracer ecu. I can turn it off and make it sound normal but it sounds cooler chopping 🤙🏼

      Play with it in the dyno and see what makes the best power 🤙🏼

      Forged pistons are more suitable for ceramic blocks

      @@andreoli118I’m making my XR150L into a 300cc; putting a 78mm piston in now. With the current setup I max out 5th gear at 88mph.

      @@DustySteel thats sick man! Those motors ate good to build they make some crazy power with them in south America, you can make that thing a 450cc
