Thanks for the idea! I’ve grown pak Choi and bok Choi before. They do better for me in the fall. What are your favorite varieties
I love a good fresh salad!! Store bought greens just aren’t the same as home grown.

Don’t forget to leave some of the flowers for the bees! And the flowers and shoots are great to eat as well
