Good Morning, this is my favorite channel. I currently grow my family's food in containers. This year was a bit of an ugh. The weather in Texas was hot this year. My plants are holding on. My tomatoes are doing wonderful.

I've been using the 6.23 I guess there considered 7 gal nursery pots I grow all my vegetables in those.
What is that you use as a mulch,looks like wood savings,great video

I grow veg for years but always watch others to learn, container garden ,only ever grew potatoes so your site will help me a lot
If i put kale that hasn't been in frosty weather, in the freezer, will it help with the bitterness or does it have to be when the leaves are still on the stem?
Even though I have never tried to find out (I will), I don't think it will work. The reason for better tasting kale is when plant is exposed to hard frost, it starts to convert starches to sugars in preparation for winter.

Can the kale germinate indoors!
Yes it can. The soil temperature for kale seeds to germinate is 10-30°C.
Where do you get your soil
I buy significant part of it and when there is a good compost at local composting plant I get some from there too.
