Top Secret Ursa Build Nobody is Playing in 7.36C - Longplay

This is the longplay version of my top secret Ursa build. Ursa inevitably has 2 major issues with his playstyle and the way people currently play him.
I find that in lower ranks, people only engage with him and don't focus on zone control or making calculated engagements.
The second issue is, the builds that people are currently rocking with him only allow him a very small window to (A) Do damage and (B) survive. In this video we gain tremendous damage by being able to survive longer. Refresher orb is the perfect cure and can be used in any build.
Someone mentioned that Agh Sceptre and Octarine Core would be a viable alternative. The gold is far too excessive for both of those items when you could just buy Refresher for less cost and have a guranteed ult refresh.
Secondly, ursa never struggles with damage, so we don't need to focus on that as much.
Ursa live longer - Ursa do more damage ;) Science...
