Newer miner from the USA, I am a beginner and your videos have been a great help to me as I am moving outta of my gaming PC to a second rig dedicated to mining. My side business is doing leather work (making custom belts and wallets and such) and I know how working a 40hr week and than another 20-30 at home really breaks you down mentally. The stress of everything and fulfilling orders is nonstop. The best thing I have done is to schedule time off. Mondays and Thursdays is family time. Sat is a slow roll day. Mailing off what needs shipped in the morning than a Day for cleaning and organizing and getting things setup for the following week which I use a dedicated table and line things up in order. A little bit of time scheduling for certain tasks ( write it down on a dry erase board where you can always see it) along with down time pays off when feeling overwhelmed.

I had so much computer shit and wires just tossed around unmanaged. It was getting on my last nerve.
I was able to get a couple of big cardboard boxes and tossed all my MB, GPU, etc boxes in the big cardboard boxes. It feels so great to be organized and be able to quickly pull something if I need it.

Panda, if I were you, I would make a warehouse of your barn. You can easily buy shelfs so big they go up until the roof. Then place shelfs on the walls. The space between can be split with more shelfs, so that you will get some corridors. Choose shelfs with enough space placing rigs into it. Then you can organize your barn with all your stuff up under the roof like in the shelfs in your studio. This will give you space for years.
The time you need you will get by hiring an employee. The employee can look for your rigs, cut your videos, send gifts, do concepts for videos, organize your stuff, do conversations in emails, etc. That will give you very much time! But maybe you will then need a better insurance.

USA, thank you for dedicating so much time to the mining community. I hope you find more time for other projects and personal life once you finish organizing all your rigs. I think is a good idea to hire someone you trust to do inventory, that should lower any metal stress that you have.

It also sounds like your brains full and close to burnout (brain lock anyone!). I'd get through a bunch of mundane tasks like cleaning/organizing to give your brain a chance to work in the background. Take a few days to make sure you are fully recovered as the stress can make it all much worse.

Arizona here. I love those AAAwave frames. It’s easier to build up vertically to save a lot of space . The only thing is heat buildup once it’s filled up with 12GPUs. The spacing is very close so having air blow in between the cards is a must to keep temps manageable. Keep up the great work Mr. Panda!

USA Get some white file boxes and start putting things inside it... GPU, Power Cords, Fans, HDD, etc. One box eash. Stack them in and put them on shelves. Before you know it, everything is all sorted and then you can write on the box what's in there as you put it in. Take a breath... one box a day or two. Everytime you find something, put them in the right box afterward.

Hey, RPM, bring in a high school kid with promise that wants to learn. Men did that for me when I was a kid, and it led to my profession. I had a blast, learned a lot, kept out of trouble, was exposed to new horizons, etc etc etc. I would have given a right arm to have that opportunity in your basement/barn. FWIW.
    2) I have been where you are this morning many times in my career. When it got overwhelming, I would remind myself you can only do what you can do, so, make a list of the have-to-dos, select the next action from the list in priority order (sometimes knocked off one that was not priority but could be done quickly and crossed off - gives a quick feeling of success/progress). Do not obsess over the rest. If the list of have-to-dos NOW exceeds your capability, divide and conquer.
    3) Easter's Axioms #7: Duties never conflict. If they appear to, then one has ceased to be a duty.
    4) Don't forget to have fun - remember YOU LOVE THIS STUFF!
    Go get'em, man!

USA, something you said in another video that’s really resonated with me was keeping workers to 6-8 GPUs do to managing and trouble shooting.
I’m finding that’s sound advice and I’m doing the same after working through some frustrations.

Red Panda Mining, Your mental health is one of the most important things. Take some time for yourself. Even setting aside a small amount of time daily where you put ZERO expectations on yourself can really help. Label it as something fun on your calendar, and then even if you just decide to lay on the couch and listen to silence, you won't feel like you've missed out on something you should have been doing.
Love your videos, hanging and playing games, Take care of you 1st, we will still be here.

Hey RPM, Canada here. You put in a lot of time for your videos and they are always great. Why not just sell some of your stuff in large bundles while you can still make some profit? The giveaways are amazing, the fact that you are so willing to do it is amazing! Thank you for all you do!

Even if I don't know you RPM, it's refreshing to see that other people share similar struggles. I know it sounds weird, but a phrase we like to use in the military is, "we suck the suck together", lol. Keep up the good work homie. ✌️from Connecticut!

I totally understand. Sometimes, you have to literally sit down and make a plan and prioritize and order your projects. Sometimes you can move ahead faster and in a more enjoyable manner by slowing down for a moment...

Wow! what an incredible setup! As a complete beginner I am amazed, overawed and inspired by your setup. I am using 2 gaming computers with a 1080TI and a 1080 to get me started and I'm yet to build my first rig. I'm currently working out a strategy to expand and find affordable cards to get me started. 3080TI's are out of the question in Australia due to costs.
I have found channels like yours incredibly inspiring and helpful and I've learnt so much. Thank you.
I'm based in Australia, so I'm out of the competition, although I would pay for postage :) . I would love a sticker though. ;)

In USA here and have my first mining rig up and running. Are there avenues that you’d recommend for people looking for (maybe older) GPUs (like the 580’s) since it’s so hard to acquire current GPUs without getting fleeced?

Stressin' about what to do with some extra computer hardware just means you've made it in life. Never forget to stop and appreciate how crazy it is to be a human here on earth with all the cool shit we can do.
One day we will be nothing more than worm food and the last person alive with a memory of you still in their mind will also die. Live the best life you can before that happens, And keep making youtube videos lol. I'm stoned

Just let in like 10 subscribers, tell them they can take anything that isn't powered on and they will clean everything out for you lol...
Also shipping of that server case, just slap a postage label on it and ship it with not a single fiber of cardboard, you see couriers/postmen toss stuff around because it's inside a box, if it's all exposed and fragile they will actually be very careful about it. EU

RPM! Those 3080 Gaming X cards from MSI have some sort of mining lock in the bios. They drop the core clock under 1000 MHz even if you lock the clock in t-rex to a higher number! Can be fixed by flashing another bios on the board! Hope this is helpfull! Keep up all your awesome work sharing info! EU here!

Red Panda, I hope you get extra few hours of rest. Mining sometimes gets overwhelming all of us need a break. But I love your videos your videos though me how to start my own rig. I have hit ROI a few weeks ago even with lower ETH pricing. I am always surprised you don't like ASICS the more I learn the more I want to pull my itchy finger to purchase one. The only issue for me is that I am I Florida and it's hot here. My little shed for mining will need a AC unit to keep it under 80F

on MSI Trio you have to put power to 102%, +150 & +1350 accordingly, it will burn at 250 watts but you WILL get 102 Mh/s on it. thats my numbers on it. Not sure why its that way, its the wirdest GPU i have as well.
