I’m really excited to see if they do a Joker, Red Hood, Ra’s al Ghul, Riddler, or Penguin in the samurai line. Even if they did a Mr. Freeze as a Genghis Khan character in furs (Mongolian, I know) would be pretty cool.
I am so glad you did this video, because although I do not own any of the Batnan samurai figures, I really do enjoy watching your reviews on them. When I see a peace I like of a consept from a character. I do not buy it unless I can commit to getting the whole line. I am a fan of the Bane character way back when he broke Batmans back. This shogun warrior style Bane looks really good, just do not know if he is worth the price. I hate to bring the price down considering how massive he is. They did not practice the K.i.s.s. rule. Keep it simple stupid, and I think that is why these statues are a little out of my reach. I have to admit the concept is nicely done.

@@TheXtremeChannelMrX yea hate to date myself but that goes way back. I learned it hanging with friends and we were talking about what does the K.I.S.S. from the band mean. One of us said (Keep It Simple Stupid) and it stuck with me all this time.

No skipping I watched the whole thing. I believe that was the first U given out but I could be mistaken. The way that arm wanted to fall off is just scary. Those turn tables can be bought off amazon the 15" ones are like $24.00. Pretty awesome piece despite its flaws that is has.

Not keen on the Batman Samurai line, I would've preferred a Steampunk or Dieselpunk concept. Apart from the Poison Ivy statue this is the worst one in the line, I think the spirit of Bane is lost in the execution of the overall Samurai concept. Too big and pricey for what It is but I'm sure he'll have plenty of takers! Great review, honest and informative, nice work John 8-)
Big piece , just feel theres too much going on , out of the line this is my least fav , deathstroke still tops for me , until nightwing and robin land

Bane looks good not great in my opinion 👍
I love this Samurai inspired genre. This bane is not for me though. The pose is really killing me. Why have him hunched over and hiding the huge hulking mass that makes Bane. I would have had him standing infront of temple doors, a huge immovable mass. Or why not have him stepping on the dog statue and it crumbling under Bane. The big bat would have looked better if he had it supported on hi shoulder and not just floating out to the side. Not really into the color of the hoses either, for me it just sticks out like a sore thumb and doesn't flow with the piece.
I originally planned to put him on lower shelf but it's a waste to do so for the reasons you stated
