On of my good college friends immigrated from China when she was about 13 years old. Her family celebrated thanksgiving but with Chinese food. She said they tried traditional thanksgiving food one year and they did not like the turkey. So they went back to thanksgiving with traditional Chinese food. Thanksgiving is good with any type of food.

Most asians tend to have good work ethics compared to americans, hence why they lose lot of their jobs.
My hairstylist is a Malaysian Chinese lady, immigrated to America about 20 years ago. She only spoke Cantonese at the beginning. After settling down, she started to learn English and mandarin, she worked two shifts to make a living. On top of that, she had her degree and raised two kids to college . No complaints, no pointing fingers, only hard working and very positive and cheerful personality.
Wow . Mad respect .
Good for her but not everyone gets the same opportunity. She also didn't have to be afraid to get shot at her own home by the police in her country

I saw Ronnie at a small stand up show when he was first starting out. He was awesome at his impromptu stuff just hammering audience members for the first 10-15 minutes. I wish some of that stuff would come back up - whilst his prepared stuff is good - his stuff he does on the spot is even better.

This is very 1990s dated Asian stereotype that all Asians are smart. If you go by actual statistics the most educated group in the US is American born West Africans who hold more degrees per person than any group above Asians, Jews and White people. But who needs truth when you can rely on outdated stereotypes.

Here is a quick history lesson Africa is poor because Europeans stole resources for 400 years.
