The diaper thing is actually pretty useful, just not for babies. There's a company in Norway that made a similar system for adult diapers in dementia care facilities, so that nurses get a notification for when a patient needs their diaper changed. This frees up so much time for the nurses that don't have to go and check on all the patients.
I can see this being used on dementia wards in hospitals and rest homes. They always have limited staff. But a parent? How are you going to form a bond with a child when you're being a virtual cyber parent? A hands-on parent should be close enough to smell the poop and pee, and know about when to check the diaper. Unless of course, you're trying to keep an eye on your day care center.
To be fair its THEIR money to do with as they please and if they want to spend 200$ on dinner for their pet cuz they love their pet then that's what they're gunna fuckin do with their money. Yea it sucks that there are ppl starving on the street but if ppl would rather feed their pets that they're actually responsible for rather than some transient who fucked up their own life then who are we to judge? You saying we should force mr pet owner to put down his dog and feed a homeless dude instead? His money his life his dog let him do what he wants. Who are we to force him to help another human with his money when we arent doing that? You wanna pay for the homeless dude to eat that meal go ahead he chooses to pay for his dog instead cuz thats the life he chose to be responsible for...
