Can builders Bog repair a set of Dodgy Steps that were rotted out?

This video is of a dodgy step repair I did on a property I painted, it will be getting replaced in the near future but in the meantime, I needed to tidy it up as I was painting the inside and outside of this house. You will get to see the video of this house shortly. The system I'm using is the same that can be used on fascia and wall repairs where the timber has been rotted out by water.
