We give you a tour while driving down West Broad Street and we break it down intersection by intersection. All the way from West Broad Village, to the Short Pump Towncenter (ie Short Pump Mall), all the way to the 288 exit off Broad Street.

Oh, how I miss living in Short Pump. Being a five minute drive away from EVERYTHING was definitely something I took for granted.
I can vouch for your self title as Richmond tour guide. My family is one of those lucky folks who got a firsthand tour of Richmond. What perfect timing...my wife and I are planning on moving to RVA next summer and we are currently checking out the Short Pump area right now!

5:00 I've always wonder why they didn't put a sound wall on I 64 for that neighborhood? But aside that, Short Pump my favorite area of Richmond area and it's growing more & more.
A lot of american born people romaticise england and more commonly Europe in general, but as an english born and raised man in one of england's most historic towns, short pump is a really lovely place that I would love to live myself, even over where I live now
As far as Gelati Celesti goes, once you try the "Just Ask", it's all you'll ever want. I can also vouch for Red Salt and The Daily.
Just Ask is amazing! We also like mixing Chocolate Decadence and Salted Caramel together...mind blowing!

When you went to pharmacy school where did you live?
The last 2 years of school I lived at River Lofts at Tobacco Row which is not too far away from VCU medical campus. There were a decent amount of other pharmacy school (and medical) students living there too. 1st year after graduation we lived at Gayton Pointe Townhomes right off of Gaskins Road near Gaskins & Patterson Ave intersection in the west end.

@@LivingInRichmondVirginia do you recommend short pump and commute to school? I’m recently married and I no longer care for the “party scene”. We are more into the quiet calm side of things now.
@@AlexZ-lc6nl that would work, but a possible value play would be Mechanicsville, north of 295. Very nice area, more affordable than Short Pump and probably a few minutes quicker commute to the dental school at MCV. Another option would be the Virginia Center Commons area which is right by I-95 and I-295.
