  • In this video, we take a close look at the Sungrow battery storage system with Graham, one of Sungrow's engineers. This review highlights the key features of the Sungrow battery, including:
Modular Design: Easy to install and expand with additional battery packs to fit your needs.
Lightweight Modules: Each module weighs only 32kg, making them easy to handle during installation.
Built-in DC Isolator: Ensures safety during installation and maintenance.
Simple Connection: Plug-and-play connections for easy setup.
6.4kWh or 9.6kWh Capacity: The modular design allows you to customize the battery capacity to fit your needs, even comply with rebate requirements like Queensland's 6.4kWh limit (achieved with a dummy module).
Strong Support Network: Sungrow boasts a large support team in Australia with extended hours to assist installers.
Total Solution: Sungrowoffers a combined inverter and battery system, simplifying troubleshooting and warranty claims.
This video is a great resource for homeowners considering the SRO battery for their solar energy system, particularly those in Queensland looking to maximize their solar rebates.

Love the modularity of these batteries... the "dummy" unit is a clever way to downsize the system to meet QLD rebate incentives. Good work guys... I"m impressed how strong Markus was lifting those 35 kg batteries like they were bread tins :)

Hello, thanks for your video. I'm planning to install an inverter sh 6.0 rs, and have two questions for you:
    - is the inverter noisy?
    - if i install also the sungrow optimizer, how the communicate with the inverter and then isolar cloud? Do i need a further net equipment from sungrow?
    Thanks

I have a 12.8kW battery system and would like to double the battery storage. So looking at it, it has 4 x 3.2kW batteries. Can I just take the top hat off and is it just a matter of installing 4 more 3.2kW batteries? My system is paired with a Sungrow SH10RS-ADA 10kWh hybrid single phase inverter.
