I want to move in with you! Probably the best salmon recipe I have seen you make. I always use wild caught salmon, but I'm guessing using the fattier farmed Atlantic salmon might taste better. I never ask at restaurants if it's wild or farmed, but I love ordering salmon at restaurants and it's usually better than what I cook at home.

I tried the recipe. Very tasty. Seasoning both sides of the filets makes it a bit salty and I didn't even use all of the spice mixture. However, I will definitely make it again. Thank you for sharing!
