Saying again… purge vent needs to lead to outside the cab. The sudden increase in cabin pressure causes the skin to ripple and allow air to get behind the carbon skin. Or add skin inside sealing the door not allowing cabin pressure to push outwards
This makes sense... I was gonna say who tf made these doors that are literally falling apart. Car is designed to not let wind do that, but not with high cabin pressure in mind.

Power to weight. I run really well against scat packs in my h22 accord but you do notice this honda powered car isnt awd nor is it fwd. It is as god intended rwd although the motor is in the back. Fast is fast but you dont see any streetable 6 second imports unless its a gre or supra.

Wyatt in the beginning wasn't nearly as comfortable in front of the camera. Go back to those early videos and you will see him really come into his own as he's become more and more comfortable. I think part of the issue with the door, is that there isn't a window on the driver side. And so all that wind builds up inside the door cuz there's the holes in it, instead of a door card. You need to cover those holes.

Y’all need to use wooden dowels,maybe a 1” round dowel. Cut to length so that it touches inner and outer carbon fiber pieces. Go ahead and predrill holes in dowel pieces and both panels. Use a flat head screw or Corvette fiberglass bond. GM makes the best fiberglass bonding money can buy!! You can use carbon fiber pieces instead of wooden dowels to bond the 2 panels together. This should have been done from the company you bought the doors from. Good luck and be safe BoostedBois!!!!!
Looking at the door. how it's delamated with plain twill weave cloth being the backing layer. I recommend getting some new doors with carbon/kevlar twill hybrid cloth withing layer as is alot stronger and more resistant to vibration 👍 should do the job boiz
Sikaflex 221 black will eliminate all your problems. Work it with a bit of spit on the finger 👆 Mask either side of the break line/join. Pull the tape off when it's cured. Good to go. The Sikaflex is what they use to install front wind screens. It allows for flex as well as thermal expansion when it's really hot and the car has all the windows wound up. If you expoxy the door it's too rigid and it will fracture and repeat the same problem otherwise? Sikaflex will allow that flex but it won't fracture. It's seals good enough to paint over it too
Aluminum Rods have a shorter fatigue life, race engines never last forever 🤷♂️ this channel made me fall in love with mid-engine K series swaps. Keep up the amazing videos and projects!
im an air direction specialist and in my tenure ive designed tons of bongs. that being said im positive that at speed air is getting in and rattling everything until it practically dissolves..the doors need to be air tight. and if the drivers side is sealed and the passenger side leaks, the leaks induce a vacuum at high speeds. that is probably what was holding the door in one peace..sad seeing that Honda guts all over the ground..but you won!

More panel bond and for extra precautions use a tube of liquid nails too
