The J16D is too aggressive, with a 13 ton external payload and a range of 5500 kilometers, specifically designed for electronic warfare. If this aircraft could really be exported, it would have a huge impact. J16D is even more expensive than J20, basically reaching 100 million US dollars. The probability of J31 export is low, and China must first meet domestic and Pakistani demand (China needs at least 800 aircraft, Pakistan needs at least 200 aircraft). J31 is also expected to require $60-70 million. Serbia cannot purchase French and European fighter jets. It is even less likely to purchase American fighter jets. The most likely outcome is to purchase Russian products.

During Bosnian was in 1990s Pakistan airlifted anti-tank guided missiles to Bosnia against serbia while going against the ammunition ban which was placed on Bosnia that no country would provide ammu to Bosnia. Our soldier were stationed there as peace keeping mission, I would take this statement with truckload of salt. We have never supported any non-Muslim against Muslim brotherhood.
