    Did you notive any ad side effects of being very lean at the end?

      not really, since my rate of weight loss was pretty slow and I’m still like 11.4% bf according to my scale (which might not be very accurate), so I have some room to go. The weight loss did affect my work capacity though (can’t train too much stuff at once)

      I don't know your situation that well, but practicing the chest to wall handstand might help since it keeps you from falling back. I also recommend learning how to program and progressive overload handstands if you haven't already. I have a video on how I learned it and that might help

      thanks my guy. I mean that I keep falling back in the kick up and when I press with the fingers to correct overshooting the press with palm does not work for me. I am strong enough to hold back to wall for 2 minutes and chest to wall for 1 minute 20 seconds.@@Huange._.

      well, it was day 17 of the cut, not day 17 of training those skills. I had spent a lot of time on those skills before the cut
