    What do you think about doing tuck front lever rows on rings with a weighted vest ?

      i haven't tried it before, but it seems like a viable exercise. It mostly depends on what your goal is. If you're trying to unlock the front lever pull-up, it might not be a very specific variation

    DO I need to train the FL pull up to improve the FL pull up?
    OR when I can hold it comfortably, I can do the FL pull naturally ?

      yes flpu requires specific training. You need a strong false grip and strong rear delts to do flpu
