@daveknapp3710 I set my Controls For the Heart of the Sun but My vision became More Obscured by Clouds. But through the mist, I saw a Piper At The Gates of Dawn, stood next to the Wall, with a bunch of Animals and he told me he came from The Dark Side of The Moon and he had won a Meddle there. He pulled out A Saucerful of Secrets and within it, I saw a vision of my mother and she was saying Wish You Were Here and I said UmmaGumma I'm missing my mumma! I last saw her when we were staying in a hotel and I remember our room had a very weird name, it was called, 'Atom Heart Mother suite'. The worst memory I have of my mother, was on my 8th birthday. She had The Final Cut of my birthday cake and on my mother's half, that was A Momentary Lapse of Reason. Another bad memory was when my mother used to teach maths and she would have different bells for different sums. The worst sounding bell that used to give me nightmares was called The Divison Bell. I didn't mind the addition bell or the subtraction bell but that darn Division Bell was the worst thing I ever heard. I ended up throwing it, into The Endless River... forever and ever!
I remember years ago walking by and admiring the brothers performing on the sidewalk area in frankenmuth and now they’re finally discovered. They deserve it and god, Josh is fine as heck.

Then check The Warning. Another very young and fantastic rock band. Start with the song Dust to Dust (live at Lunario) and tell me what you think after seeing it. Enjoy!
@@ostn5781 I'd be glad to get to know other bands! I know The Warning, Motion Device, Liliac, Spinning Jenny, Not your Girlfrenz. I think by the way that The Warning and Motion Device are better than Greta Van Fleet which are great anyway.
I see a bunch of kids that picked up their axes, wrote their own tunes and picked up where Plant and Page left off. Its a damn good formula and it works.
I wish nothing bad happens to Greta Van Fleet. This band makes me feel alive. Having them in a modern time is just too good to be true. Is it me or do some of their songs seem like they'd be in a thor movie? Absolute legends!
They have a very old sound, a sound that to me sounds similar to Led Zeppelin. “Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin was used in Thor: Ragnarok, so that may be what you’re hearing.

Im currently 15 months old, but in my previous life i was a boomer that grew up in the 70s, and boy let me tell you I haven’t heard rock and roll like this since my previous life.
Please don't do drugs. I need this band to be around for a long long time. I gotta let my kids listen to something good. That they can actually go and see live.
I just saw Greta Van Fleet in Milwaukee, WI and they sound AMAZING live! They are all so good at what they do and I can't believe they are only 19 & 22. Their sound is so smooth and perfected, one would think they've been around for decades. If you haven't seen GVF, I highly recommend it.

@Ian L12 I hope in the court the jury also listen to Giovanni's Sonata di Chittarra Which music sounds more as Stairway? Taurus or Sonata di Chittarra Surely the Sonata! Did Jimmy Page found inspiration in Taurus for creating his Stairway? The descending bass with a minor chord has been used very often. So it is certainly not written by Spirit! It sounds a bit the same cause of it is in the same key and the rythme is a bit the same. But in Taurus we can hear a different picking: a- a gis, gis- gis g, g- g-fis, fis-fis f in Stairway we hear: a-gis- g- fis-f. Also a descending bass and an ascending melody line has done before: Giovanni Battista Granata - Sonata di Chittarra (1620/1621 - 1687). J.S. Bach- Bouree (1685- 1750). Spirit- Taurus - febr 1968 Cartoone- Ice cream dreams- okt 1968 Played by Jimmy Page Before the tour in December 1968 ! Jeff Beck- Greensleeves - may 1969 Led Zeppelin- Stairway to heaven: 1971 And Spirit didn't play Taurus in tour which they did with Zeppelin. The question is also where did get Randy his inspiration from? It isn't his creation. He is been inspired by so many others. So even Jimmy knew Taurus and he has learning the Taurus song he added something new: the ascending line, And that makes Stairway Stairway: the combination of the descending bass and the ascending line.

There are exceptional musicians today, in my opinion even more than there ever was because of how easy it has become to create and share quality recordings. I set my Controls For the Heart of the Sun but My vision became More Obscured by Clouds.

I wish this formula would make a comeback: 1 guitar, 1 bass, 1 drum ,1 great lead vocal, no BS.
Optional: throw in a keyboardist and maybe another guitarist
Nothing wrong with a second guitarist. Zep made use of 2 on some tracks. Many bands in the 60s and 70s used 2 guitars. Why hating on the rhythm?
Ah yes, unique instrumentation is bullshit.

@Ian L12
I hope in the court the jury also listen to Giovanni's Sonata di Chittarra Which music sounds more as Stairway? Taurus or Sonata di Chittarra Surely the Sonata!
Did Jimmy Page found inspiration in Taurus for creating his Stairway?
The descending bass with a minor chord has been used very often. So it is certainly not written by Spirit! It sounds a bit the same cause of it is in the same key and the rythme is a bit the same. But in Taurus we can hear a different picking: a- a gis, gis- gis g, g- g-fis, fis-fis f in Stairway we hear: a-gis- g- fis-f.
Also a descending bass and an ascending melody line has done before:
Giovanni Battista Granata - Sonata di Chittarra (1620/1621 - 1687).
J.S. Bach- Bouree (1685- 1750).
Spirit- Taurus - febr 1968
Cartoone- Ice cream dreams- okt 1968 Played by Jimmy Page
Before the tour in December 1968 !
Jeff Beck- Greensleeves - may 1969
Led Zeppelin- Stairway to heaven: 1971
And Spirit didn't play Taurus in tour which they did with Zeppelin.
They sound like a parody band moreso. i mean, just listen to the lyrics... theyre nonsensical.
