Thank you very much! Danielle .
This was by great
You are a hoot🎉. Get well😊 soon
I think frozen fruit is just as good if I remember right and contains more things because it's not sitting on the shelf forever and deteriorating Great video
I totally watch you for the food, your awesome habits which inspire me and for the hilarity!! Hoping you and the Intern better soon.
I need to lose twenty pounds at age 67. Please!!!!
Feel better soon. I try to always have onions, carrots and celery for impromptu soup for sure. When I’m sick with upper respiratory I gravitate to store soup till I’m rested enough.
I like to heat up a cup of lemonade and drink with a couple of Tylenol. And I keep Mucinex medicated drops (lozenges) all 3 kinds. And Ramen noodles., they can be dressed up so good.
As an FYI oregano, cinnamon and elderberry are good for the immune system. Things on your list, I wouldn't eat if you paid me, which means you can have mine and all 3 of my kids shares: salmon, avocado, I don't like eggs, but I will eat them in things like pancakes and French toast. The rest of your list, I am pretty sure I have in the house. Oh no, wait, I am lying, I don't have actual broth in the house, but I do have bullion in the house, the powdered kind, not cubes.
One of my adult kiddos had the Covid this past year. It took months to get his sense of taste back. The Covid can be stubborn. I’m wishing you and the intern a full recovery.
Some of my go-to’s are dry multigrain Cheerios, toast, rice(white or mix of white with wild),chicken soup with rice, and multigrain fruit bar. I would have Powerade or Propel around when my offspring were young. Sometimes I would have to make ice chips until their stomach would settle down. I have a friend recently was recommended to use LMNT after having a long illness.( I’ve seen You Tubers that have a code if you order LMNT. I have not tried it yet) I too enjoy hot tea when I’m ill.
Thank you for your video.❤
