Hey Eq, this might solve your armor problem. You know tinker's construct? Well there is a supplementary mod for it called tinker's armory where you can create custom armor with nearly any material and further upgrade it with perks like protection and durability. You can make some pretty amazing stuff with it if you combine the right materials and modifiers.
Massively underrated. I love your vids so much. I love that it’s not so pretentious that you can’t curse. Hells nostalgia, just like growing up watching my cousin game.

So, theres a trick with the axe of a thousand metals. It's rightclick turns any block it affects in a falling entity, like sand. Any. Block. Even bedrock. And falling entities can gotten by partially filling in the block they want to land on. If you pop a bedrock block up and slap some redstone or a torch beneath, you can actually get bedrock blocks. As an item.

You should explore magic for the next 100 days, magic might be very OP in this modpack
Magic can be op, but I'm not sure how op it is in MC Eternal tho. It still would be a fun thing for Eq to explore.
Some spells are really good, but in multi-player, actually with magic he can make/find OP pets or items as the Earth Talisman that is pretty OP too
