Phoenix Wright Law and Co. making people turn batshit crazy since 2001
Lol dat Gillian Seed face, I don't remember that animation at all... Maybe it was removed in the Sega CD Version?
ultimatedarkstorm no it was put into the PC Engine CD Cause of making it Anime
JDavies345 Oh I see, the Sega CD was the only version we got so I never tried the PC Engine version. I also heared that in the scene where the turbocycle losses control, Gillian chases after Random's bike in the PC Engine version instead of hanging on to it like he does in the Sega CD Version.
OBJECTION! It's called the "Wright Anything Agency"!
goldengurl20101 so? :P
These guys wouldn't get caught so much if they didn't go "GGGGGGAAAHHDBDJSIXHEJSHSBS" after getting cornered.
I wish for the old games back, with people like Von Karma and Chief Gant...
@@devree11 You mean the guys that just refused to die? Listen, they were fun, but Ambassador Alba was the last god damn straw for me!

All of them?
The Phantom's breakdown is by far the most unnerving, and yet the most awesome. How ironic that a person touted as possessing no emotion is destroyed by the fear of having no identity anymore.

Ikr?
I genuinely found L’Belle’s to be scary
I think it could have been done better before the breakdown though. “I’m afraid? I’m scared?” They couldn’t think of anything better than pointing the obvious? I think a “I’m not supposed to be scared” would have worked better IMO.
Man that must be some lame sniper if he completely missed vital organs... even if it's stupid I like to think that the sniper was Larry Butz, screwing up is newest job.
"Oh man, I fucked up. Not again."
Nah, the game already has Space Larry in the form of Solomon Starbuck, doesn't really need the real Larry. Plus there's a screenshot in Apollo Justice case 4 where you can actually see him painting, so it seems he might really have settled into his career as "Laurice Deauxnim".
... of course the real question is, "Where the flying hell is Oldbag?!"
kiraina25
She's in the gallery, cheering for Edgeworth
I don't think Larry is capable of killing. He probably can't even kill an ant.
@@Sirrantsalot he literally can't even kill himself
Remember when breakdowns were just screaming or crying?
gameramaproductions that's exactly how i remeber the AA Series Good job!
If your referring to me "clinging" to the older games or maybe your not), your wrong. I enjoy all AAs, it's just that since I played the originals a lot, the breakdowns seemed rather.... intense.
AngryRedJuiceBox And now there is a breakdown that includes a person who doesn't know his face and keeps alternating, until getting shot.
+gameramaproductions He was just responding to the first comment saying that the breakdowns have always been more than just screaming and crying. He never said the original trilogy was better than the newer entries.
You forgot to include toupee throwing
Fun fact, when Yuri Cosmos is throwing stars, some of them are actually Power Stars from the Mario games. They have eyes.
ultrix soma holy shit, you’re not lying. Pausing around 4:35 they can be seen. That’s one hell of an easter egg.
OMG YOU’RE RIGHT!!! 😀
4:31 he's right
I Know! i even Noticed it!

Weird flex but ok
It's kinda scary after discovering fulbright is not actually fulbright.... It's like discovering gumshoe is a murderer (yeah, really weird) and how he being all nice and cheerful was all fake act..... I feel like DD has the best plot twist of them all!
Scary AND sad... damn I liked Fulbright
Wasn't Gumshoe pulling the strings at the end of every game?
@@HayatoByakurai Yeah, Slyzer knew all along it was him, but in the end he did not want to indict him so he chose a random victim.
Hang on:
Phoenix Wright: Prosecutor.
Justice for All: Your own client.
Trials and Tribulations: A prosecutor and a person pretending to be your client.
Apollo Justice: Not much actually, only twist would be the Apollo and Trucy thing which goes nowhere.
Dual Destinies: The loveable detective character who helped out in every situation and could never possibly be- Yup, definitely Dual Destinies.
Nathan Evans Also in Apollo Justice it was your own mentor who murdered Zak Gramarye and tried to pin the blame on Phoenix
Anyone remember Shelly de Killer? Maybe that's the person that shot the phantom. Just something to think about.
Ace Attorney 6, BOOYAH!
I got to admit, I forgot about him.
He has a major part in the 2nd Ace Attorney Investigation game, I doubt he'd show up in AA7(I think AA6 is going to be in Ancient Japan if I recall correctly)
Javier Mandul Yeah, i've played AAI2 and to his credit, he doesn't really play a big part except for the first and last cases.
Sulthan14 yeah your probably right

Your assertion feels empty.
Noticing a theme with all these breakdowns. They all have to do with the person hiding who they truly are. Tonate hiding behind goggles, L'Belle hiding behind make up, Scuttlebutt hiding in her box. So on and so forth. ^^
What about Means and his chalkboard? Or Cosmos and the scooter? The Phantom, I can understand.
MrmarioRBLX Well those two weren't really about the breakdowns themselves and more about them personally. Means hid his true nature behind his kind demeanor. Going from a jolly old man to a stern and violent instructor, showing everyone his true colors. And Cosmos hid his true nature behind his outlandish stories and his arrogance. You could say that Cosmos losing all his metals and stars while scooting around represents him being striped of of his facade.
indeed, sounds like the meaning of this game is hiding behind something, even the DLC case, Rimes, which is abit racist in his own right (well, look at Punch Out, look how much Japan is even poking fun at themselves), (SPOILER ALERT) who becomes a battle damaged muscle man in the end as they all find out that it was all a accident and he was battle scarred from loosing is girlfriend
Which makes it all the more powerful when it turns out the Phantom doesn't have a face at all!
Max Moran Indeed. He had hide behind so many masks he lost sight of who he truly was. He lost his identity and he could never get it back.
Even though it was obvious that Aristotle Means wanted to write Guilty at the end
I thought he wanted to write Gavinners.
I used to think he write "DEATH" for some reason.
I thought he was gonna write Goodbye
*G*
Game over
GUILTY LOVE 😂😂😂
Means has by far one of the best breakdowns I've ever seen, if not the most hilarious one. Phantom's is very freaky, though.
i loved Means's breakdown. i also like Cosmo's breakdown as well
@@lauchlinyurchuk1301 Cosmos Has A Easter Egg At I Think 4:35 Pause MARIO STAR
Is Means the one writing all those punishments on the board?
Turns out yes, he is, thought so. Didn't realise they were him pleading for a lenient sentence! XD
i actually hate means breakdown it makes me cringe my favorite in the game is L'Belle
I think Cosmos was pretty funny
I actually felt bad for poor Yuri Cosmos, e was pompous but he was a good man and his breakdown is pretty humilliating.
True...
...BUT IT WAS FUNNY AS HELL!!!! XD
zach cothron Yes! Someone even pointed that out!
Humiliating. But hilarious at the same time.
At the very least, he didn't get demoted (too much) after the trial. He's just got a co-position now so that he stays a bit more modest.
So ture
I think the best thing about the Phantom's breakdown was that we still don't know what his true face was. A man who lost his own face... My new favorite breakdown!
The only one that could top that would be Dahlia's exorcism.
Acording to the wiki the true Fulbright was already dead before all DD cases so we never meet the real Fulbright

Means and Cosmos are probably my favorites. I love how Means tries to weasel out of it and Director Cosmos's is just hilariously insane. Honestly, I really wanted to know more about the Phantom's story. (Side Note: Apollo's Metal Gear reference was fuckin' hysterical.)
What was the reference?
Dragon7F1 When you examine Myriam's box for the first time and it moves, Apollo says
"I hope it's not a SNAAAAAAAKE"
Also later Athena will say something on the lines of "Myriam is really good at this tactical espionage action"
if you look youl see that some of cosmos's stars are actuly power stars from mario ^_^
Sisthra I can't believe I missed that.
Breaking down Aristotle Means was so goddamn satisfying, especially as I had him pegged from the beginning.
As soon as I heard his name, I knew he was the killer.
Aristotle Means = Arrest At All Means
@@crypt5129 FUCKING HELL, CAPCOM.
@@crypt5129 I suspected him from the beginning to but.... WHAAAAT????
One of my favorite things about Phantom's breakdown is that before he is shot, he is staring at the moon, which is probably referring to the moon rock that had the blood samples needed to find his identity.
Professor Means creeps me right the fuck out. He did from the very beginning.
True, he was creepy
His breakdown is awesome though
Means gave me nightmares for weeks.

@@kirisame9657 OMG how did I not notice that?!
A few years late, but, there are a lot of these if you pay attention, sahwit (saw it) April May (months), redd white (red+white=pink, his own clothes), luke atmey (look at me)...
There is a lot of those, pretty sure every character in this series has a meaning to their name, Wright, Justice, Cykes, Hawthorne, Edgeworth, etc.
Ace attorney is a giant name shitfest and i love it
Hmm...I just realized....
The crowd was throwing piece of chalks at Means.
StyryderX it's all the chalk he kept throwing over the course of the trail! XD
Maybe i could say...
That they were mean to Means?
my,my how the tables have turned
I think Means clenched his teeth a bit too hard re d
@@caylereyes9184 With all that chalk they gathered... I guess you could say they had the means to be mean at Means.
Although L'Belle, Means and the Phantom were all assholes who deserved their punishment, I felt really bad when I saw their breakdowns for the first time... L'Belle sees his world fall apart before him, Means realised he has lost all support and safety he once had plenty of, and the Phantom realised his cover was about to be blown and, knowing a sniper would kill him on the spot if it were to happen, his long sustained fear took over.
Definately a few of my favorite breakdowns in the series.
Me too
UiloorDr ye
why was a sniper going to kill him?
@hart vortex gaming Actually, i already put two and two together after this comment and realised if he spilled the beans he would be shot
the phantom doesn't even know himself, he forgot his own identity pretending to be other people, wait this comment is 7 years old
Honestly turning this game to 3d was a really good choice, the breakdowns are fucking amazing
Phoenix? scared me when he broke down with that face.
yeah the phantoms fear face is DISGUSTING i hate it
I feel sorry for the Phantom. Having little emotions, and forgetting who you are, your face, your voice, your personality, maybe even his true gender.
+Feliciano Vargas But on the other hand, he sabotaged two rockets, killed at least three or more people, held secret information on governments and companies, forged evidence, pinned the blame on someone else and he was right under everyone's nose.
+Tailess Boo I know, but if this emotionless thing came since birth, then if he was born with emotions then maybe all this things would not happen. so it is not all his fault.
(I don't really know the facts since I just watch the play through)
Feliciano Vargas The emotionless thing came when he became this spy. He buried everything deep down. His face, his emotions, his memories, his soul. He became inhuman to be able to get all of his objectives complete. He sacrificed his humanity.
+Tailess Boo That must mean that there's nothing important in his life anyway. I mean, how can someone forget their everything and went to a breakdown like that?
I don't really side with the Phantom though, i still know that He killed a lot of people, ruin their lives, etc. The only thing I felt sorry is that He forgot his self. And that I like Bobby Fulbright and his funny antics (And it seems that I forgot to add "slightly" beside the sorry, and that makes the whole thing different)
Feliciano Vargas Honestly, its one of my most favorite breakdowns in the series because of how memorable it was.
Ted Tonate is actually a hero.
It's revealed that the phantom set off the bomb, and not Tonate like we thought...
That means Tonate saw it and warned everyone.
He saved the Judge, Athena, Apollo, Juniper, Blackquill...
If Tonate hadn't acted, the phantom would have won..
Actually, Tonate is not a hero at all after looking at this more closely. Notice he didn't warn everyone about the bomb UNTIL the judge wanted Detective Arme to take the stand. That timing alone is way too coincidental for anything other than him trying to save his own hide. Yes, I know the Phantom was the one who armed the bomb, but let's not forget Tonate killed Arme and then stashed her body in that bomb case during the trial. He DID NOT want them to find out what he had done to her, so I believe he used this bomb as a diversion to keep them from finding out what really happened to her.
Considering he's also a bomb expert, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say Tonate disabled the Phantom's bomb before the trial started and then reactivated it once he realized he had no choice but to detonate it to hide his crime. He pretty much said as much when warning everyone.
So yes, Tonate saved the main cast from being killed, but he didn't do it for their sake. He did it for his.
@@Jonathan83X I feel like neither of these guys are fully right. Sure, Tonate didn't mention the bomb until Arme was supposed to testify, but the Phanton was the one who reactivated it at the time. He saved the entire main cast, but he's also a killer, and he's actually one of the more interesting first case villains.
Tonate still sold bombs to the black market AND killed Detective Arme…Those are still true.
Tonate worries about his own hide.
It's a nice metaphor that they used for the phantom, what with him having "many faces," but his real face not mattering as he's brought down by some other faceless entity.
Am I the only one who felt sort of sorry for the Phantom when his fear was released? I think it's because he was wearing Nick's face at that point. No one can not feel sorry for that face when it looks pitiful.
Lol I thought the legit Phoenix was being trialed
No, just a poser.
Same here
Why the fuck would Pheonix be wearing that?
Look close at Scuttlebutt's laptop right before you see her face. She photoshopped herself into a picture of Junie and her friends.
Nice tiny detail!
I feel liked they missed out on a good oppurtunity for some very brief cameos with the phantom breakdown. It would've been cool to see a Gumshoe mask or guilty characters from previous games, though thinking about it Gumshoe's face is the only one that would make sense if he's still a detective, since he would've probably seen him about.
I know this is 6 years ago but during the making of this game they used the no spoiler rule. They couldn't spoil past games, which is why the jurist system is not mentioned ever again. And why they didn't use characters like Ini or Manfred or Acro and stuff like that.
@@Chillllllllllllllllllllllll how would having a character from past games spoil them?
@@eh2587 Capcom was worried that people would play Dual Destinies before the other games so they add the no spoiler rule as I said in my comment. Literally treating the newer games like spinoffs.
@@eh2587 and also adding the faces of culprits on the phantom's face is a spoiler too
I love how blackquill finally got to cut something
I love this game's animation.

Yuri Cosmos breakdown is probably the funniest breakdown from the whole series lol
oh man when fulbright ripped off the mask, i was like OH SHIT WTF?! and then i completely lost it at hearing phoenix's objection to himself XD
i hope they make an ace attorney 6… :P
Hmm, maybe. Depends on what Capcom can work with.
I wish I was good with the games. I prefer to watch them, but they are just as exciting!
6 years into the future, 3 games came out, with one of them actually being new.
A little late but they have
Spirit Of Justice!
Ganon: 'Join me Phantom, and I will make your face the greatest in America.'
Cue Phantoms breakdown.
Dare I say it, but watching Mean's breakdown...I felt bad for him so much.
He's desperately trying to get out of his situation, sweating bullets the entire time, only to realize that he has no choice.
Then, they made him break his teeth. No one deserves that.
I can see your point, but after what he did to Juniper, I felt no mercy (even though I am usually a nice guy).
True, he earned what he got in the end(minus the shattered teeth), but I just have a soft spot for that sort of thing, I guess.
Zeromus22 Yeah, his teeth shattering was definitely overkill.
Zeromus22 I thought I was the only one who felt bad about the teeth. Oh well, by ace attorney logic, I can hope they "grew back".
Zeromus22 Yeah. I know.
0:00 Ted Tonate
1:05 Florent L'Belle
2:19 Scuttlebutt 2:42 Robin Newman 3:33 Prof Means
4:12 Yuri Cosmos 4:58 The Phantom
BTW the Phantom definitely gives me the creeps, even now I'm getting massive chills from the moment I realized that Fulbright was the Phantom. I got even more creeped out when he had that blank look on his face at one point in the trial. To think that the real Bobby was long dead before we even knew about him! *shivers*
-_-;
6:06 That is horrifying
am I the only one who thinks that Scuttlebutt is such a cutie?
no
The way she acts in this "breakdown" paints her as a cute but shy girl.
The firts thing I said when I saw her is that she's actually very cute
*S I M P!*
I feel so sorry for her
She's so shy
Gaspen Payne, Running away
Damian Tenmo, Turning into Tenma Taro
Hugh O'Conner, Munching his bow
Sol Starbuck, Parachute to the ceiling
Simon Blackquill, Breaking on the stand
Athena Cykes, Shaking in denial
Clonco, Head getting blown off
Don't know if they count, but they are more or less breakdowns
And now the breakdowns of Rimes and DePlume.
Im sorry Zslyzer my friend, but I think this video needs a sequal
I'm sorry, but concerning your previous comment, I do not consider them to be significant breakdowns. A lot of those happen more than once. As for Rimes and DePlume, sure.
ZSlyzer By that logic, Myriam's shouldn't be in this video because she repeats that action outside of the courtroom too.
CosmicSnivy23459
That is true. Maybe instead of a break down video, it should be more of a "Witness Gone Mad" type video where it shows the characters' breakdowns and damage animations.
CosmicSnivy23459
and someone with a monokuma pic watches phoenix wright...i am just happy right now
0:50 FBI agent after seeing my search history
Newman’s breakdown turns her into one of my favourite characters. She still acts like her male persona at times but is completely free to be herself. She just doesn’t know who that really is because most of her life she’s been forced to live as a guy, and so acts as overly feminine as possible to make up for it.
if you pause @ 4:31 you can see one of director cosmos's stars, is marios starman! :D
BTW, That was me who shot the phantom. asshole owed me $5 after he lost a poker match.
Nope, it was Shelly De Killer.
WRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best breakdown hands down is the Phantom's at the end with the rumble falling as his mask changes
I actually never understood that because he needs to pull his masks to change from one to the other
Tomas Medrano it is symbolic of how he hides behind a mask to avoid his crimes and is proven when he gets shot at the end where his true face is blacked out
The saddest thing about the case is that we learn that Bobby was dead ever since the beginning. :'( And seeing how the Phantom supposedly imitates the person he/she impersonates without failure. It saddens me to know that Bobby is dead...
Would've loved to see him and Gumshoe meet. I can already see Foolbright trying to cheer poor old lovable Gumshoe on how broke the detective is. XD
Thegeektoendallgeeks
OK, thanks
FIRST KIRIGIRI WATCHING PHOENIX WRIGHT AND NOW ISHIMARU this just keeps getting better and better
If Phoenix wright was in smash his final smash should be that "ultimate objection" in the final case with Athena and Apollo
yuri cosmos probably has one of the greatest non killer breakdowns in the series
It's more like Robin caused EVERYONE ELSE to breakdown. :P
Not only was Cosmos' breakdown downright hilarious, what REALLY broke my laugh box was the appearance of Mario stars! XD
Sometimes, I just like to think the explosions sounds when they break down is just Phoenix shooting them.
6:44
From where did the phantom get shot? From the moon? Maybe Starbuck was in space and then he randomly shot on the earth and (how many years has it been) later, the bullet arrived and accidentally hit the phantom.
burning up while reentering the atmosphere could have destroyed the bullet.
psalm brigole No, just no! Don't destroy my theory.
OBJECTION! The bullet was destroyed wasn't it!? *cornered theme plays*
SILENCE!!! The bullet was protected, so the atmosphere didn't destroy it. It was well planned murder! So I say, Solomon Starbuck killed the...phantom... Wait, the phantom would've been executed anyway, so........... I guess it doesn't matter anyway
HOLD IT! How did the bullet travel through space and hit him at the right time? *obejectin theme
This series of games has one of my favorite plots. Let's hope for another soon...not counting the upcoming spin-off...though that sounds interesting. I hope this main story keeps going, please don't die yet, Capcom!
Man gets sniped in middle of court.
No fucks given.
Well he IS, SPOILERS, a dangerous international spy/terrorist. I wouldn't be surprised if no one really cared. Still, I felt a LITTLE bit sorry for the guy, as much of an gigantic asshole that he was. At least for the fact that his own lack of a personality drove him to his breakdown.
***** The phantom, when he was in his Detective Fulbright mask, already explained before that there was probably an assassin aiming at him. They already knew he was about to get sniped, that's why ''no fucks was given.''
Although the scene is pretty unrealistic... I mean, no blood? No bullet impact on the body? At first, I though he was just falling because he fainted.
*****
That's because he was actually shot in the head/face, which was covered by the shadows, and we never saw his face after the shot happened.
In the Japanese version of the game, he was actually died from the shooting. The English version, for some reason, changed it so that he survived. Hence why they're no "bullet" holes on his body. It supposed to be to his forehead, and a bullet to the forehead hardly leaks any immediate blood. Most blood from a head shot comes after the brain's stopped and had a change to haemorrhage.
Plus any blood that did start to spill would have been covered by the shadows anyway.
***** Oh, I see... thanks for clearing me that up! I was always wondering why and HOW would a professional assassin miss his shot when he waited for so long? Why is there no bullet hole in his body if the shot wasn't fatal? Now I get it, the English version changed all that.
Well, the judge does comment afterward about how chilling it was that a sniper attack happened in a courtroom.
L'belle has lungs of diamond!
You can see the fear in fulbrights eyes before he gets noscoped :D
I think the L'belle won was the creepiest.
Ya dont say

Best part of any Phoenix Wright game, breaking your culprit
Fun fact: Dual Destinies is the only game in the series without a female villain
To be fair, the Phantom could've been a girl.
Aura Blackquill held Trucy as a hostage, i know it's just to force Phoenix and Edgeworth to hold an emergency trial for her brother, but just the fact she went to that kind of plan is kinda bad
@@metalgeneral7240
Extreme plan. But I wouldn't call her a villain. If anything, her actions kinda prove professor Means was right after all: the ends (hostage crisis) justified the means (forcing a retrial to discover the truth behind the phantom). But when the truth was revealed, she willingly turned herself over to Edgeworth, and said she was glad both her brother and Athena were innocent.
@@nathanevans1382 I remember Athena said he was a man in a testimony
@@CS_Oddities Yeah, because that's what "he" always looked like, the Phantom doesn't have a real identity (at least, not one we know) and that includes his gender. I mean, if the Phantom disguised himself mainly as a girl, Athena probably would've called him/her a woman. Also it's a joke, don't ruin it.
I know L'Belle's eyes are closed, but I like to imagine that they're open and his eyes are just soulless.
Wait....what?
They're closed???!
4:38 Screw this, I'm outta here.
3:35 who ever boo i will kill because the bathroom needs details
It's a bit of a shame we won't be seeing anymore Fulbright. I really liked his character (his detective side, not his phantom side).
Wow Mr. Yuri Cosmos Has a Turbocharged Segway.

Ooh, look at the wallpaper!
that wallpaper is so nice :3
Oh my god, I didn't even realize what that was until now. That's... Actually quite interesting.
It actually explains why she threw up her box like that, since her face is on the wallpaper. This is not something you would notice the first time, but clever anyway.
I've been confused by something... Was Fulbright the phantom all along, or was he just for this case? I know Edgeworth said Fulbright was "Long dead" but that could also mean for a week. Could somebody explain?
He was the phantom all along which is awesome actually, it makes you as the player feel like he stabbed you in the back, great characterdesign.
Skull_Gee Actually, they did state that the actual Fullbright only died a few months before the final case, and we don't know over how much time the game takes place or how long that is. So I feel like they left it open to interpitation. MAYBE we were speaking with the actual Fulbright during the demon case.
I just finished Dual Destinies, and it was so amazing I had to go back and watch the best moments of the game, especially the breakdowns. So I ran into your comment, and to answer your question, the game stated that Fulbright was dead for a year, so apparently, the Fulbright we knew the whole time was in fact a phony.
Crimson Ace Actually, they said Fulbright's body was found a year ago! so that crumbles your theory to dust, Wright.
EnderQuartzMC plus, in the begin wright says that athena is half a year in his agency, meaning that at the begin of the timeline, the deamon case, fool bright is dead for half a year. its also said that he and blackquill were partners for 1 year, so blackquill actually never met the real fuool bright, it was the phantom all the time...
If you look closely, some of Cosmos' stars are actually SMB Starmen.

That grade is X. For X MARKS THE SPOT BITCH!!! FIRE MISSILES!!!

SilferIII That is one good guess. The game doesn't really tell us exactly what the G means. When you get close to someone and they say "You smell bad" 1:06
I,too call them a peasant and have a mental breakdown
@@ventrventr9624 Wow ventr way to make a comment funny.
Everyone can tell that they have too much fun on these breakdowns
Bruh when I first saw the Phantom's Phoenix's breakdown it freaked me the fuck out, I'm honestly surprised that not a lot of people pointed it out. They're fuckin popping out that you could see the god damn flesh inside, and what made it more terrifying for me was that this was in Phoenix's face, and for some reason that feels so terrifying.
These breakdowns are too good
I don’t understand why they had The Phantom get shot by a sniper, only to be like “nah he’s fine he’ll live”
Means has the funniest breakdown in the whole series imo.
I like how destroyed l'belle looks after his breakdown.
Imagine if the sniper yelled "oh fuck! I legged him"
“You naive fool! You thought you were rid of me! I have finally remembered my true face! For you see, Phoenix, the shame of having lost my perfect record to you caused me to discard my face and the Von Karma name, and become the phantom! For you see, Phoenix Wright, I burnt my face and name off at the chemical plant
“The-one-formerly-known-as-Von-Karma, no! That very last one doesn’t even seem physically possible!”

Not another Phoenix Wright double.(or triple this time)
No
Wtf why there is cursed image joining Phoenix head and Fulbright body?
Its like young phoenix
Ugh im having flashbacks of a Tiger
i like how for the phantom's breakdown, first it's in the afternoon, next second it's night, then it's the afternoon again.
@4:31 HA! I KNEW I wasn't just imagining things... That star on the left hand side is actually a Starman powerup from Mario! XD
You're right, I never realized :0
I prefer the phantom's face not being shown, since we dont really have to. But it would be cool If the last mask he wore before his shooting was that Japanese mask he wore when killing Athena's mother.
3:54 Holy crap this makes me so oddly uncomfortable
The blackboard bit is my favourite breakdown of Dual Destinies.
Awesome video, thank you for making it. :D
Am i the only one who thought the first guy is the Engineer from TF2
HOLD IT!
Where's the Breakdowns for Case 6?
It just takes a bunch of lawyers to turn a dangerous spy into a faceless coward.
I only realized it now, but I think the sniper that shot the phantom was either an assassin hired by, or the mastermind who send the spy himself. At first, I thought it would be some random guy that tries to kill him just because he’s the phantom, but his boss was probably trying to make him shut up forever. Still super disappointed the game ended without us ever knowing what became of the phantom and the real Fulbright. :((
Likely trying to be silenced by his employer based on how he is trying to plead with them before he gets shot. After all, if he gets captured then he could reveal their identity too.

*The detectives are booing*
New drinking game: take a shot every time a witness breaks into maniacal laughter.
that would be asking for death
That witness stand has gone through many kinds of shit and yet is it still standing
Means' breakdown made me laugh xD
