BONNY'S
LIFE CHOICES
WERE A MASTERPIECE
I love how the person playing couldn’t resist to choose “Her life choices”
It's like the "you're a failure" Logic Chess option in the final case of Investigations 2; no one can resist seeing what happens if you choose it. ❤
They even added an achievement in the Trilogy release for doing that lmao
I don't blame him. I also couldn't resist 😭😭
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING HER LIFE CHOICES
DD Revisualization looks better overall but the way SoJ present the Concluding statement by just flashing the phrases one by one looks so dramatic and impactful, I really like it
I like this part of the game since this is like the part that makes you feel like "It's time to turn things around." and also gives us a different perspective way of using logic.
I think it's because watching the red arrow (for lack of a better term) move horizontally in a 2D plane feels a lot more dynamic than following the arrow's point of view in 3D. ❤
That, and in _Dual Destinies,_ each point the characters rethink remains in the background and they add up, while in _Spirit of Justice_ they just disappear from view.
when he chose “her life choices” on purpose he had me dying

"High Priets dead was a suicide"
I literally spilled my coffe like godot when i realised it 😱
Nah, I saw that one coming, it was what I first suspected concerning footsteps in water.
Funny how it goes from "The high priest death was a suicide" to "Udon dough is the murder weapon" lol

@@duranbrooks8090 2 things made me suspicious from the start.
1. The person dressed as Kee'ra didn't move, almost as if they slided towards Tahrust.
2. After it was established he was moving toward the victim, he held his hands out as if saying, 'stop', but he was the one moving.
@@parkerhynson3581 exactly concerning your first point. The sound of footsteps, but the figure looks motionless? Waaay too strange.
I think I like this part best about the newer games.
Yeah I hope they keep these
I allways looked forward to them, idk they're kinda fun
They are also helpful
I hope they randomly place them elsewhere besides the end of the trial. Kinda gutted that when this plays, you know you're ending the trial soon
@@apoolbahari To me, it makes it more exciting that you know you’re on the final stretch and you’re ending it with a huge (somewhat) revelation.
I love how one of the only times you goofed was just to insult Bonny.
Revisualization: *starts*

5:35 that sudden realization felt so good
I like the dual destinies more, the aesthetic is more appealing to me
It definitely hits harder than Spirit of Justice
Meh... I prefer the 3D point of view and the sounds in the Spirit of Justice version... It makes a lot more impact and improves immersion.
Not seeing the character is also a interesting choice, to focus more on the case than on the character.
I think it still is a good evolution.
The aesthetic decision of the "light at the end of the tunnel" is also a master touch in the Spirit Justice version in my opinion.
Idk, but final conclusion in SoJ is freaking scary. I almost had nightmares while i was playing dd, but spirit of justice...
I like both for different reasons
Dual Destinies is Great because:
The questions/answers stay on screen
You can see the characters face all the way, makes you think (ehhhh? Ehhhhhhhhh?)
The pictures go with the line in the middle
Spirit of Justice is good because:
3d perspective make the splits in the train of thought look awesome
3d perspective in general
Light at the end of the tunnel is awesome!!!! Using that transition to the reveal!!!! Awesome!!!!!
Answer reveals slowly. Like it cause it builds tension
16:25 "He used the murder weapon", no shit he's the murderer. That thought route was the stupidest one of all the cases.
I think it's just the way it's worded, it makes sense but it's just worded properly since the entire case phoenix was trying to prove the murder weapon was a different thing, i.e the broken candlebra
“Let’s review the facts”
“Prof. Courte wasn’t killed in the art room. She was killed right where her body was found.”
“I concede the fact that Athena must have stabbed someone with the knife.”
“Time to review the facts we have so far.”
ah yes facts
I picked "it would look bad" at the last one in Khura'in, "Well, yeah, it would look pretty bad"
You’re a fucking legend for doing this; these are one of my favorite parts of these games and I’ve been looking for a compilation for so long.
THE KILLER
USED
THE MURDER WEAPON
Turnabout time traveler be like
I am so thankful this exists. The music is good, but not good enough alone; It NEEDS the sound effects to go with it. Those intense flashes as the conclusions hit the screen! ECSTASY!!!
Thanks so much for uploading this!
"Her life choices"
I call this "big brain time".
Glad I'm not the only one who thought of that
16:25 ‘He used the murder weapon’ Yeah no shit Phoenix
That aside though, these are such a good addition to the trial gameplay that I kind of wish they were in the original trilogy. Just imagine the one for the Bridge to the Turnabout reveal.
Or Turnabout Goodbyes.
"THE BULLET IS STILL
IN VON KARMA'S
SHOULDER"
The Anything Agency just one-upped Edgeworth.
they are really nice if there is a big jump in logic it can guide you in the right direction instead of having to guess which piece of evidence to present
Thx for this upload! I really needed it to rewatch all those moments! And this video is unfortunately extremely underrated...
The one for DD’s final case blew my mind when I first played it.
Funfact:apollo did this 4 times in total without a dlc
Phoenix too, but with dlc.
How. I only counted three?
Yeah its only 3 times, athena did it twice and phoenix did it 5 times including dlc
@@grieferninja3864 wait what how?
@@prestonle4872 what are you confused about
Even though I solved all these cases watching this gives me a lot goosebumps
DD has the better aesthetic maybe but SOJ has by far the better sfx
The font used for conclusions looks like the font from Neon Genesis Evangelion title cards
Thanks for the video
this was so hype the first time you do them man its was awesome
6:35 => That's worth an accolade in the Apollo Justice Trilogy version.
Dual destinies definitely has this one.. with things like the statements being destroyed by the red.. laser thingy? And the fact that you just see the characters thinking with their 5head (talking to you, Apollo)
Don't really like how you select the statements in SoJ, but I love the animation of the final statement...... But why the heck couldn't they Center the text.
DD's final flash of the conclusion is so much more snappy for me. I actually think the pulsating effect in SoJ makes it feel less bold and definitive than in DD.
This is, without a doubt, THE most exciting multiple choice question ever.
10:15 holy shit, why does that realization look so fucking shocking?
Always loved these sequences really made you feel like they are pushing themselves to the limit to use the few precious seconds they have left to avoid the guilt verdict before it's too late like they suddenly go into super human deduction mode out of shear will of determination to save their clients.
This part was such a cool section in the newer games. Solving a good chunk of the case in just a few minutes, very cool indeed.
Honestly this is always my favorite part, especially we get this far to learn the truth. And plus we know the truth, but we need to still choose and think what to choose and how to connect them.
I love these moments when it appears. They carefully wrote everything about it just to make sure the attorneys are pushed to the limit before attempting the revisualization, and then come up with shocking possibilities that peer pressure would otherwise make us unable to come up with.
the zoom in to apollo's forehead will never not be funny
The best is by far the Khura in part of turnabout revolution is its probably the biggest revelation made by one of these and also its just super suprising
Revisualization is Jimmy Neutron
This looks like Logic Dive from Danganronpa 2
Someone made a mashup of both of their themes
It's also like Closing Argument from Danganronpa as well.
Its a really smart mechanic to have in detective games. It allows the game to explain complex twists while allowing the player to slowly piece it together.
dd reminds me of hangmans gambit because you can see their faces
hit em with a good ol
MEAT ON THE BONE
love the SOJ one, so dramatic.
The sixth games makes the revelations more dramatic
The 5-6 one was the one I did not see coming at all. It was an amazing "a-ha!" moment when I saw the reveal.
The "It's big brain time" of Ace Attorney. Hope that this mechanic returns in seven years when AA7 releases.
Please do the mood matrixs!
My favorite one is the rite of turnabout. Answering the last 2 questions was mind-blowing to me. I was confused, trying to figure out how he was able to stain the spring with his own blood. Not realizing he committed suicide. It was also interesting to see maya channel a male.
I love that in the new Apollo Justice Trilogy, one of the achievements is picking "Her Life Choices" lol
Me trying to figure out the genders of all the bee swarm simulator bees
*brain noises intensify*
I think my favorite one has got to be the one in The Rite of Turnabout. In every other sequence you've already figured out who the killer is, you're just trying to prove it. In this one the real killer is kept a mystery right up until the end, in which you manage to slowly piece together that the killer was actually Tahrust himself
Ace Attorney but only the big brain moments
The font DD uses is just better
braincell: activated
What happens if you say “The founder doesn’t exist” in Spirit of Justice?
Probably an unpopular opinion, but for me... I don't really like this innovation. Yes, it helps you remember the details of the whole case, and yes, it allows the player to make a bigger discovery, but for me...
It all feels like a lazy way to roll up a case. Cases got so much easier when I started keeping a list of evidence and noting which ones hadn't been presented in a case yet. It's extremely rare that you have to show something twice, and each piece of evidence has its own role.
And in this thing, it's like you're presented with a layer of information that you don't have to figure out yourself, but the game does it for you instead - you just can't get it wrong. And it's not challenging. It's kind of not fun.
If you like it, that's fine, no problem.
But I'm starting to miss mapping out the crime, thinking about the details of the case, and the simultaneous shock and joy of figuring out the final twist yourself.
But there... I don't get that same strong feeling. But maybe I'm just too used to games(
15:37 what does apollo say if you pick "It would look bad"?
Meh i chose the nope 1
