Actual translations of the Japanese speech bubbles according to the Ace Attorney Wiki because I have nothing better to do. 待った! (Matta!) - Back off! そこだ!(Soko da!) - There it is! これだ!(Kore da!) - It's this!/This is it! ("Have a look!" and "Eureka!" are the same speech bubbles in Japanese, but in the Ace Attorney Wiki there are somehow 2 different translations of これだ.) アマイな! (Amai na!) - Naive! ここだ! (Koko da!) - It's here! ちょっと! (Chotto!) - Excuse me! (This time, "Hang on!" and "Scuse me!" have the same Japanese speech bubbles, but in the AA Wiki the translations are the same.) 黙りなァ! (Damari nā!) - Shut up! ひかえよ!(Hikae yo!) - Restrain yourself! サトラ!(Satorha!) - "'Satorha!' originates from the Japanese word satori (悟り), which means enlighten." - Ace Attorney Wiki Huh. You learn something new every day. ひれ伏せ!(Hirefuse!) - Bow down! "The original Japanese speech bubble, 'ひれ伏せ!' ('Hirefuse!'), roughly translates as 'Bow down!', befitting both Ga'ran's status as queen and her arrogant personality. The literal meaning in English is [rude] or [disrespectful] behavior." - Also Ace Attorney Wiki Huh. Guess you can learn 3 things in 1 day as well.
@@elijahharris1113 Historically past tenses such as 待った could be used as an imperative clause or even a noun in phrases such as 待ったがかかる. The AA speech bubble is an expression of that imperative clause.
Apollo justice ace attorney trilogy is finally here. Do you think you can do the Apollo justice ace attorney trilogy speech bubbles in six languages please?
I like how PLvsPW, at least in Spanish, has the same voice actors from both series (or, at least, it does kinda sound like the same Phoenix; DD onwards has not been translated, so we only have the first four games to work with, the Layton characters definitely are the same VAs though). I've seen crossovers or remakes switch out VAs for their characters, and I particularly enjoy Luke's voice. He's just baby ;;
jeez I wonder if there's a "blank" sound for the speech bubbles, the one with the punch for Attorneys/Prosecutors. Also holy shite they managed to keep hq versions of Miles' objections compared to the JP ones.
6:28-6:33 Did anybody noticed that Professor Layton's English voice sounds like the Thomas and Friends season 1-7 UK narrator? I think it's the same voice actor.
The only thing missing (I'm thinking) is how Nahyuta says in his mantra in Khura'inese (or rather in Japanese scrambled Hiragana): "さとらいまおまんどもさましでたしぬけたれがさよそのか!" Even though they enunciated it in different languages, it's still the same context of the proverb, according to the data: "Even the merciful Holy Mother loses patience if she is struck three times."
Thanks for the video omg I love it, but Jezail’s official spelling is actually Jezaille, besides that everything’s so good 😍😍 And I would personally do a separate video for the fantranslations leaving one for the official shouts and the other one for the fantl shouts, but this is just an opinion :3
Well, I noticed some mistakes, that easy to fix, and one tbat probably impossible to fix. DS bubbles should be not-HD, but English Hold It and Take That (as Japanese versions) is HD Also, TGAAC use another sound for background "yell" effect, not same that was used in Trilogy. I know where you recorded voices, but you use wrong sound. And yes, TGAAC bubbles looks weird, it can be fixed. Probably impossible to fix PLvsPWAA Edgeworth. Edgeworth never appears in that game in costume like you ised, it's just concept like evil Phoenix, but I'm sure that normal Edgeworth in PLvsPWAA didn't exist as art. And… will you make video with fan-translations? Or you didn't find anything?
Thank you for your feedback. First, all speech bubbles are from the Ace Attorney wiki, so some of them can be awkward compared to the in-game version(which you'll actually see). May be I should rip it directly from the game file or someone's gameplay? Second, I admit that I put the wrong background "yell" effect(only for English. Japanese voice clips are ripped directly from the game file). Someone uploaded all voice lines from the Great Ace Attorney, but they didn't had the "yell" effect, just voices. So I place the "yell" effect(which is originated in AA, GBA version)by myself, to fit like other voice clips. Third, I know Edgeworth doesn't appear in PL vs PW:AA, but he was going to appear in Labyrintha just like Phoenix, so I decided to put that image in this video. At last, I'm organizing the fan-translations. I think I've to find more. What I found in the late days are Korean dubs for PL vs PW:AA, and Ace Attorney Trilogy Russian dubs you've gave it to me. I'll try to finish the work as fast as I can. And again, thank you!

Actual translations of the Japanese speech bubbles according to the Ace Attorney Wiki because I have nothing better to do.
待った! (Matta!) - Back off!
そこだ!(Soko da!) - There it is!
これだ!(Kore da!) - It's this!/This is it! ("Have a look!" and "Eureka!" are the same speech bubbles in Japanese, but in the Ace Attorney Wiki there are somehow 2 different translations of これだ.)
アマイな! (Amai na!) - Naive!
ここだ! (Koko da!) - It's here!
ちょっと! (Chotto!) - Excuse me! (This time, "Hang on!" and "Scuse me!" have the same Japanese speech bubbles, but in the AA Wiki the translations are the same.)
黙りなァ! (Damari nā!) - Shut up!
ひかえよ!(Hikae yo!) - Restrain yourself!
サトラ!(Satorha!) - "'Satorha!' originates from the Japanese word satori (悟り), which means enlighten." - Ace Attorney Wiki
Huh.
The literal meaning in English is [rude] or [disrespectful] behavior." - Also Ace Attorney Wiki
Huh. Guess you can learn 3 things in 1 day as well.
待った just means wait
@@elijahharris1113 Thanks for the clarification, even though I clearly stated I got then from the AA Wiki.

@@josecarrilloii4036 異議あり! If we're being technical, 待った and 待って have the same meaning, but matta is the past tense while matte is present tense.
@@elijahharris1113 Historically past tenses such as 待った could be used as an imperative clause or even a noun in phrases such as 待ったがかかる. The AA speech bubble is an expression of that imperative clause.

I like how PLvsPW, at least in Spanish, has the same voice actors from both series (or, at least, it does kinda sound like the same Phoenix; DD onwards has not been translated, so we only have the first four games to work with, the Layton characters definitely are the same VAs though). I've seen crossovers or remakes switch out VAs for their characters, and I particularly enjoy Luke's voice. He's just baby ;;
German Phoenix sounds so _done_ with everyone's shit lmao

the DD and SoJ voices for Phoenix and Apollo sound too similar for my taste

Hey, uh, now that Apollo Justice Trilogy is out, do you have plans to update this video since it contains new voice lines?
And now the Miles Edgeworth collection
6:28-6:33 Did anybody noticed that Professor Layton's English voice sounds like the Thomas and Friends season 1-7 UK narrator? I think it's the same voice actor.

0:16 is it just me or anyone...why does mia sound like a chicken 💀
I don't understand why the J is behind the O in Layton vs Phoenix Wright bubble
The only thing missing (I'm thinking) is how Nahyuta says in his mantra in Khura'inese (or rather in Japanese scrambled Hiragana):
"さとらいまおまんどもさましでたしぬけたれがさよそのか!"
Even though they enunciated it in different languages, it's still the same context of the proverb, according to the data:
"Even the merciful Holy Mother loses patience if she is struck three times."
1:30 He sounds like my gym teacher 💀
Thanks for the video omg I love it, but Jezail’s official spelling is actually Jezaille, besides that everything’s so good 😍😍
And I would personally do a separate video for the fantranslations leaving one for the official shouts and the other one for the fantl shouts, but this is just an opinion :3
何度観てもアウチで笑える
They really love to change the character to beyond recognition in all type of language eh
Well, I noticed some mistakes, that easy to fix, and one tbat probably impossible to fix.
DS bubbles should be not-HD, but English Hold It and Take That (as Japanese versions) is HD
Also, TGAAC use another sound for background "yell" effect, not same that was used in Trilogy.
@@ingggo5086 there is a french fan translation of the first Ace attorney investigation. I haven't tried it because I don't know how to download the patch but I've seen some RUclipsrs playing it
@@ingggo5086There's a brazillian portuguese fan translation for the trilogy(ds, 3ds and pc versions), apollo justice(ds) and a beta version of dual destinies, tho every speech bubble is already translated
I think my favorite objection has to be Dhurke Sadmahi's english objection.
Also WOW Esmeralda sounds like an onee-san in the JP dub WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED
Apollo in spanish says "¡Ya lo tengo!" which means "I got it!" but the speech bubble says "¡Te tengo!" meaning "Gotcha!"

Is wired for me to say I like Von Karma’s French voice
The Spanish ones are so accurate 😭
The spanish dub of the main series (the first 4 games) is alright but the dub of PL vs PW is pretty good, imo the only one voice I feel that doesn't really fit is Phoenix's (at least the speech bubbles, during cutscenes and dialogue it's actually fine). But my personal favorite is Maya's at 7:17, she actually sounds like her age unlike english where she sounds like she went through puberty twice lol
I love Layton’s “¡toma ya!” 6:52
