What are some creative or “weird” ways you love to use hot sauce? Let's share to inspire! (Notice how weird is in quotes because it’s all creative anyway.)
I don't eat much cooked food...I believe it kills all nutrients...but you won me over with your soups...winter is almost here on Vancouver Island...you are so awesome...I love, but love the time you take to show us.. so clear and precise, but slow and beautiful...a welcome opposite of TikTok ! 👍
Andrew you did a great job with no aggravating noise or banging around. Then you show up and explain what we just saw and l am very impressed with a very smooth guy in a beautiful kitchen. I subscribed of course. You ve got looks and style
Lol..this East Texan is glowing cos I can use my Texas Pete in my spaghetti squash recipe....yesssss, now I've gotta get some fresh n make the pesto.. Thank you !!!!thank you!!!.
Compliments on this fantastic recipe!! I just made it tonight (with tons of substitutions because I didn’t have quite the same ingredients) and, despite the compromises, it still came out as possibly the most fantastic squash recipe I’ve ever tried. Love your channel!
Coming across this channel has been such a blessing. Much love & appreciation for the content, looking forward to seeing you continue to inspire & expand 🙏🏿🖤
agreed! they are the best but they weren't tossed. just sat in my "ill get to you later" bowl. that bowl i used to collect things to make stock, compost, or reuse in some way.
You may find a garlic rock useful. I do. Just a nice old flat sided river rock about 4x3 inches. A good looking one that looks good on the counter or cutting board. I like it because I think it fun to slam food with a rock.
I’ve always made this type of recipe, NON VEGAN. I’ve also roasted spaghetti squash and used it for soup bowls. Before roasting, score inside and then roast. Then serve what ever soup, stew, lasagna, or pizza style you want. As you eat, you naturally want to keep going and without realizing… you’ve eaten most of the squash too! So yummy and delicious
@@thenarddogcooks no disrespect, but I godda ask you this. Why do so many Brothers have these huge beards? It wasn’t like this in the 90’s or early 2000’s. I think it’s a trend, just like saggin pants, which y’all still doing. Am I wrong? I bet you didn’t have a beard in 2000-2005. Plze let me know. I think it’s too damn much honestly. Besides that u cook wonderfully 👌🏽
This is perfect. I decided to buy a spaghetti squash because it intrigued me, but didn't know what to do with it. Then you come along at just the right time!
Looks great and I must admit that I have a slight Texas Pete addiction. Did you hear about a bunch of crazies suing Texas Pete because it isn't made in Texas? Its hilarious. Can't wait to try this one out. Thank You!!
I will be making this recipe this coming week for sure. Squash is in season now, so it's a great recipe to have in the rotation. You never fail when it comes to giving us a great dish to try. Good job!
lol good question! thats may later bowl. like "ill get to you later". typical that stuff is compost, veggie stock or zero waste stuff. your right about those seeds tho!
Thanks for the upload. My mouth is watering. Looking forward to making some elegant, bold, low carb/cal spaghetti squash. Loving the versatility of lentils for sauce.
Looks delish! My only tweak will be to use chopped soy curls instead of TVP, my processed soy of choice. I love the roasted garlic hack. I could make a meal of roasted garlic.
@@thenarddogcooks I try to eat as cleanly as possible, while still eating some frozen & processed vegan foods. I just don't have the energy to cook every night. So I always try to use the cleanest ingredients. For that reason I prefer soy curls instead of TVP which is often processed with hexane or other icky things. I'm not sure if it would be better to crush up the dry curls before rehydrating or rehydrate first and then chop. Do you have experience either way? Thanks Andrew, I'm really enjoying your content and sense of humor.
Hey Andrew, a massive thank you for the great content and the food you make is out of this world 🌍. I made recipe 2 and can’t believe how good it is!. I will be following your recipe’s from now on, just made the transition from being a meat eater two years in march, up until 3 weeks ago I was a pescatarian. Brainwashed into believing we needed protein from animals. Eggs, cheese, milk and fish are now a thing of the past. Game changers on Netflix has put me on the right path and after finding your channel nothing is gonna stop me now. A massive thanks for the content, stylish well put together video editing and taking the time to share such great information, easy to follow and you’ve got a great personality. I wish you nothing but success!.
Look at you, already getting video sponsors on this channel! I’m proud of you! I have been a sub since MIDF had way less than 100k & remember when you first began this channel. It wasn’t long ago! Watching your channel grow so quickly has been the most amazing experience. You are incredibly talented and we love your wit. I expect you will hit the 1 million marker soon. When you do I’m going to come back here & say “See? Told you so!” 😊
I really might try this recipe 😋 I am trying to venture and fix different meals, this one looks delicious to me!!I don't know how you came across my feed, but I am happy that you did. Thanks for sharing!! I'm subscribing tonight.😅
Looks really good. Too bad there’s no smell-o-vision. Nice presentation. I cook my spaghetti and butternut squash in crockpot whole because I have a hard time cutting them-I value my fingers. Thank you!!
The last video of yours for today (finally up to date!) and I am so glad you finally got to work with a brand! It's all great when you make beautiful content for us, but I am glad I can see you actually getting paid for it haha :D Also, I remember being obsessed with spaghetti squash a few years back, but I hadn't bought one for a long time now. They neither are pasta, nor have that satisfying mouthfeel of a pumpkin/butternut squash. I'll give it a chance though, you've persuaded me. Especially with that roasted garlic!
Nice video as always! do you think it will work with the muscat pumpkins? Have plenty of those around, but they are a bit on the sweet side, never cooked them with any kind of protein yet. Should be worth a try.
I shared this on discord 40 seconds in. 159k now, too! I so vibe with every gourd thing you've ever shown here. edit: my jaw was legit wide open at the end. so yummy! gonna advocate for something like this but with chickpeas (which we already have). and it has always been and always will be "squish" to everyone I'm related to.

Not too unusual to use hot sauce on pizza, but that's one for me. I also like it in soups for that extra lil something.
Is there a weird way to eat hot sauce? roasted pineapple slices with hot sauce is a good treat.

@@allvariationstaken Well, I could say them same about your smokey hot sauce idea.
Thanks for this! My garden produced about 20 spaghetti squashes this year, and I needed recipes to use them up!
🤯 Andy, thats some solid gardening! Nice job!

that was my original plan! until i thought of TVP helping me take that step out. But soy curls would be a dream in here!

Yummy. I am vegan 8 months now and loving it. Thank you.

I personally like a little sweet to balance out something that's more acidic and bold. I bet those pumpkins would be great!
i agree with Diana. sounds like it could be a gem!

Spaghetti squash is one of my most favorites. U don't need any oil to cook it. Oil adds a lot of empty calories and fat.
Love your bear paws.

I have two sitting in my kitchen waiting to be made EXCEPT I’m intolerant to garlic. I’ll just make it without.
Can walnuts replace the TVP?
