CARBURETOR is a device that mixes air and fuel for internal combustion engines in the proper air-fuel ratio for combustion. It's an UCAL brand carburetor which is exploded clearly with part name for better understanding.
It's an assembly video of the carburetor. The brand name of the carburetor is UCAL fuel system an Indian based company which has a tie-up with Mikuni Corporation of Japan. UCAL has, since been a preferred supplier for some of the top OEMs such as Maruti Udyog, Hyundai, Cummins, Bosch, Mikuni, General Motors, TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Suzuki, Yamaha, Hero Honda Motors, Royal Enfield etc.
The Carburetor used in this video belongs to a Yamaha Gladiator SS-125 bike . It's a constant velocity C.V. type carburetor. The part names used in this video is same as that in the Yamaha Parts Catalog. The disassembly and assembly video is used to demonstrate the construction of a Yamaha carburetor. Hi,how many turns for the airfuel screw adujstment for better mileage in gladiator ss125
It's not about turns, 1. Increase the rpm to 3500
2. Tighten the air screw
3. Then slowly start loosening the air screw., at certain point the rpm reaches peak and that's the best performance point.
4. Now slow down the rpm.. That's the best point for the bike

First set the rpm above 2000 rpm then tighten the air screw clockwise direction. 2nd slowly loosen the airscrew anticlockwise, the bike starts rising slowly and goes on increasing, after peak point again it starts decreasing. The point where it rises is the highest efficient point. 3rd reposition the idle screw to its normal. Say 1000 rpm 1200 rpm...

@@vikramnageshwarrao it's because of the o ring air screw issue, change the entire carburettor or buy a new washer it's ( but it's very difficult to get the spare)
