- I don't really need corrective glasses since I still have 20/20 vision. But I wanted to get transition sunglasses since my eyes are very sensitive to bright lights. So instead of opting for 'analog' glasses, I went the smart route and got the Razer Anzu. Let's get them unboxed and tried out.

Great review. Simple and answered the questions I had. I'm also glad you showcased video and pictures of yourself wearing them as I was wondering how this particular model looked being worn. Just picked these up on Amazon's sale and will be ordering prescription lenses if I end up liking them! Chill vibes in your videos, looking forward to more reviews ^_^
Glad you liked the video! Been using these daily since I got them, I'm enjoying them so far!
Battery is good 🤔 looking for them, work summer time :)!
Thanks for the review. What do you think about using it after 1 month?
Oh, I wear it all the time. If ever Razer does a second version of these, the only thing I'd ask for is longer battery life (these last 1 day. I have to charge them every night.) and louder speakers.
@@KevinEvangelista Thank you for the answer. I now own a Razer Anzu. Let's see how it performs. I'm curious about its performance.
Hey! Razer Anzu daily driver here, I’m on my second pair in 2 years and I absolutely love them. The sound quality especially in the bass range isn’t the best but what it lacks in low range audio it makes up for it in clear treble, and very clear phone calls through the built in microphone. The companion app works without issue, decent battery life with 6-7 hours of straight usage, and very straight forward and easily accessible touch controls. It’s not great in damp environments! When it says IP64, it means it. The speakers are exposed at the bottom and any type of humidity or rain will cause the speakers to go out. I lost my first pair due to simply leaving them on the bathroom countertop while I took a shower and that was enough to knock out the right speaker. I brought another pair, and after 14 months and taking proper care of them I haven’t noticed any loss in audio quality or microphone quality. The frames are a bit boxy, I prefer to use them as straight up sunglasses with the tinted lenses rather than the clear lenses. Any audio under 75% is almost unnoticeable to the public. Anything above that the audio will bleed and be audible. I recommend these to anyone that wants Bluetooth audio that leaves ears unobstructed, and even when dead they make for a decent pair of sun glasses. When/If this pair dies, I very well may purchase a third pair unless some other smart glasses with more advanced tech in a decent price range is released. For $40’s on Amazon, you really can’t go wrong!
@@KevinEvangelista I have two questions: First, can't I control the microphone volume? Secondly, can't I disable the Bluetooth mode so that it does not waste battery while using it as normal glasses? Because it is always in pairing mode even if it is not connected

hiii! i was wondering how good the touch controls are? the ones i have now (cheep off brand glasses) has only a small pea hole for touch controls
Hello! Touch controls are pretty alright. They do have a half-second delay to react to touch, but the touch area is pretty big, and you can easily search for them on either side of the frames because they have this little raised dot.
I charged overnight abd....it's not talking when I open the arms out. Also, the blue light still goes on when I go to charge it and my question is why it doesn't say power on or off. Trying to get used to these for prescription next month. Any ideas?
Also, only one blue light turns on then blinks off. Is it a dead model? I got this as a pre-owned and they look awesome. Maybe it needs to charge on a stronger port?
I’m looking to replace prescription glasses which I wear all day. Can you imagine having a USB backup battery connected to recharge the Anzu while it is still on your face? I know that it shuts off, so I would recharge when I’m not using the tech.
I don't think you can charge them while using them though, but I've charged the Anzu off a powerbank before and it seems to charge pretty fast. Maybe that'll be enough?
hi i was wondering if it displays a screen
Nope, it doesn't have a screen.
Do you mail yourself Christmas cards too ?
@@PrettyFly4aWi-Fi hell yeah.
I even put some money in there so future me gets a nice little surprise!
