      ​@BringBackNFL2K if ur school isn't #1 in the state don't do wrestling there, mine has multiple state champs and we still do water breaks for a good 5-10 minutes.

      for us we have a two hour practice and we actually do an hour of conditioning than drilling and then conditioning to end it

      @@the.rellikconditioning for 2 hours for wrestling is literally useless. Wrestling matches rarely go over 8 minutes long so why are you training to build endurance for longer?

    Walk to middle school forum, (we don’t have a proper wrestling room bc the highschool is using it) move all tables and chairs that are in the form out of the way for mats, Run for 30 minutes, water break,drill, learn new move or review, live wrestling, roll up mats, put tables and chairs away, go home at 5:30.
    That is my schedule Monday-Friday for wrestling practice.

    this is middle school wrestling and i’m a girl. practice is right after school. in total it’s about a 4 hour practice

    Today I wrestling my brother and all 5 of his friends. I won some. I’m 13 while they’re all 15-16 and it was nice wrestling again after I got injured. We were doing it nonstop for 3 hours! It was fun!

    I just stared so mine goes
    Warm ups: everyone jogs in a circle, does cartwheels, handstands, walking handstands, sprints, front and back rolls and then that's the warmup, then we do excersizes so the advanced kids go somewhere else in the gym then the new starters go on the opposite side and the new starters do sprints and penetrating lunges and learn on stance and then tackle then we do excersizes then we get a break

    Our order is usually. Run around the room for 5-7 minutes, do warmup stretches, sprints,water break(sometimes), main physical excersise wether it br running or body building, water( sometimes), to learning/ doing drills, to then live wrestling for the last 15-30 minutes
