All of them got me rolling espacially fighting with ur freinds and sprnts i see a rolly polly with ur best freind and naruto running with no form put into it

for us we have a two hour practice and we actually do an hour of conditioning than drilling and then conditioning to end it
Yeah, I do it old school, so its around 2 hours of conditioning and then we move onto the sparring
