I really hope we get Sonic as a playable character in Mario Kart 9 along with a Sonic Cup
And possibly more than just Sonic and some Sonic related cars
Mario Kart 9 will probably be on the next Nintendo console sadly because sales of MK8 Deluxe are not stopping. :*(

The hill top course would’ve been perfect if it used the song from Sonic GT, it deserves more love and fits racing more imo

And when you think about it: some levels of Mario kart are a little similar to Sonic levels!

I love how this mod is a thing, because sonic is my favorite video game franchise, and many others as well, glad how sonic and other video game characters aren’t dying, or I would be sad, And now I really think sonic IS the blue blur.
The biggest wasted opportunity here is to not have incorporated rings in the mod.

I think if they had a sonic cup you wouldn't need 4 tracks to sonic, you would just need four tracks with sonic related things in them, like ds rainbow road for example and how there's a big loop in it

Where's a download for the voice mod? The Sonic mod download itself doesn't have one.
Although Hill Top is a cheap rip off, the texture change fits perfectly and it is in fact, a really good Hill Top zone.
Sometimes you don't need to do much to get it perfect.
This isn’t me Planet Wisp! This is an ordinary Mushroom gorge that’s been saturated slightly, retextured with foliage, and dipped in saturation! (Or in the case of rock rock mountain, kissed with coral blue number 5 lip gloss.)
Maps 1 & 3 are amazing. 2 & 4 are reskins but that’s okay.
