- Starting 2024 doing some intense sh*t! For 31 days during the month of January, I will be uploading to RUclips every single day and make it a challenge to push myself. Consistency with various hero workouts, bodybuilding workouts, and cardio sessions. More content from behind the scenes of my day to day. As well as tons of different video concepts.
Day 1 Workout:
1/2 mile to start
5 Rounds:
-10 hex bar deadlifts
-5 Overhead Squats
-5 Squat Presses
-5 strict pull ups
-25 sit ups
1/2 mile to end the workout

Employees bring their dogs to work some days so we have dog toys and kids toys everywhere! 😂💪

Thank you for making that shoulder video where you do the rear deltoid flys with palms facing into each other and saying you want to make sure that they feel it where they are supposed to. No one does that! It helped me start activating right rear delt after only the left grew.

Not gonna lie the pump covers are quality. Ive bought a few in different sizes. Some for when training and others for when out. Obviously the smaller size is for when I'm out. Love the stretchy material.

Dahlke is my go to as he was a sl from my unit that passed in 2009. 21 deadlifts (275lbs), 1 mile run, 15 deadlifts, .5 mile run, 9 deadlifts, .25 mile run.
