There are more black millionaires than there are others, most of them you wouldn't even know as they're ceo's of big companies rather than celebrities. The two NCB ceo's that just got let go were making billions of jmd per year and clearly are two of the richest men in Jamaica along with all the other ceo's of these big companies. Also, both Issa and Matalon are of Middle Eastern heritage and thus have nothing to do with the plantation and Butch Stewart started from the bottom, didn't come from any money so wheel and come again.

There seems to be a lot of money in the political class but there is no trickle down for ordenary people. Over the last 25 years I don't see much improvement for the ordenary Jamaican so much for having black people in charge.
