tip for premuim bowling hooking: When you wanna do a big hook make your ball go a little bit slow, if you hook when your ball is going fast it wont curve that much.

i play tournaments on real life of bowling. Im not a pro, im more than a amateur with a professional balls and more. And the best game for me, its the Premium Bowling.
On that i re-recreate my own balls, and feels better like when you go to a lane and drop the ball on real life. Its difficult masterize if you want play like on RL but its fine if you play it.

The thing about premium bowling that I'm struggling with is getting the bowling ball to more. I've easily got 650+RPM's on average when it comes to my release, but the bowling ball never has enough hook to cover more than a few boards (I also have to play very far to the side of the lane at a straighter angle, as attempting larger arcs results in the ball never having enough hook to recover)

go into custom settings and increase your hook etc.

Premium bowling actually does have "button only" release style, just not in VR, it has a flatscreen mode

@noblesquashy it's the same game but it is a sequel of sorts to an old game called Bowling evolution and it's mouse release was ported over and works extremely well. I played it like that for a couple years before even having vr

I shot 204 in premium bowling vr I can get 650-750 rpm and it can get some serious pins down

No, not to my knowledge. Largely due to the loss of hand tracking when putting your hand behind the headset
