- Wyoming, Ohio officers who shot and killed a man they suspected was involved in a burglary will not face charges, the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office announced Friday.
Body-worn camera footage from the moment Wyoming police officers shot and killed Joe Frasure was released during a press conference held by the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office. The shooting happened Monday; Frasure died in the hospital overnight Tuesday. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said three Wyoming officers responded to a home on Durrell Avenue around 12:40 a.m. Monday for the report of a possible burglary.
Family members at a Monday night vigil for Frasure said the two were not burglarizing the house, saying it belonged to a relative who had recently died.
Drive recklessly in the direction of police officers while they’re telling you to stop and they’re probably going to shoot. That’s called reasonable self-defense

If the one man stopped and put his hands up why didn't the driver do the same. Why take off?
Being wanted for parole and robation violations in two states, along with a collection of felony arrest warrants just might have affected his judgement.
What is not shown is the father (The guy who initially put his hands up) running away on foot after Frasure tried to flee. Seems that he too had a warrant. The caught him several blocks away.
Because at no point did the police ever identify themselves.

If someone hold a flash light in left hand and a gun in right hand and point the flash light to your face in dark , the only thing you will see is the gun in the right hand . You cannot see his face , his clothes . That why they should identify themself first . Btw even the police identify themself the guy in the van maybe cant hear anything . Only thing he saw is a gun point at him .
Officer 3 at 1:46 definitely had the car right on home aire the van swerved but he shot him when the car was on him plus there was a wall behind him imagine getting pinned like that? I call this a justified shooting , is it a little sad because he was robbing yea but is what the cops did wrong no

Justified. Can clearly tell when the cop swung back around it definitely looked like the car was coming right at him and he fired.

Well I guess the lesson here is, when the cops are pointing guns at you, you probably shouldn’t try to drive away and use your vehicle as a weapon. Don’t blame the cops. Coulda been avoided completely if the driver of the van didn’t act like a complete moron.

Uh, no, that's not how it works. Disobeying a cop isn't grounds for execution even in the eyes of the law. Especially when they don't even identify themselves as cops. They shot a fleeing suspect after they weren't in any immediate danger, there's no way around that.

Cops have no duty to act Supreme Court ruled. They didnt identify and if you have ever had a weapon light shined into your face you can't see what people are wearing and gang members pretending to be cops say the same shit "hands up" and "don't move" so I hope the family sues and gets paid. Police don't have a duty to act and their job is to investigate crimes so what they got a call and instead of yelling out or trying to make contact they just run up on people in the dark with guns out. In one of the videos you can clearly see an officer get out of the way. Piece that together with another video and you can see the officers were on the side of vehice and not in the path of the van. The executed him. Typical "feared for my life" bullshit.
They were literally pinned between two buildings with little room to get out of the way. Instead of expecting cops to gamble their lives, maybe we should expect these supposedly "good" citizens to not play stupid games and endanger people with a 5-ton vehicle? Just an idea.

While a vehicle is a danger, that alone doesn't mitigate the lack of announcement of who the officers are. For all the driver knew, three people with bright flashlights rush them with guns pointed. Aka robbery/car jack/ scenario where strangers were coming to cause harm for any reason. So yes, it's reasonable for the driver to want to escape by running over one or more of the perceived attackers.

regarding pt3. at 6:00- 6:05 is the single case where a police officers was in front of the car ... because HE keeps running in front of the car. And second.. the driver even use the horn and try hard NOT to run anyone over....

Let's be clear. They may have had a report of a burglary, but this was a grandson there with his family to clear out his grandmother's place following her death. This was a shooting without a crime
