She's presented as a hardcore believer even if the death of Charlotte shakes it for a little while. Find me a Latina American who's a devout Christian. That thinks a man pretending to be the devil is good to be around. I love her absolutely, but that's massively unlikely. In actuality the show isn't particularly acceptable to the more strict christians because they believe it glorifies the devil. My mother would absolutely never tolerate this. And she's somewhat chill, in the sense that she doesn't hate on gay marriage and shit. Hatred for the devil and demons trumps any Christian prejudice.

Everyone else didn't believe him either. They only believed him when they saw his devil/face or wings. They needed actual evidence of the divine. Ella never got that. But Ella likely would have taken such evidence as a sign of a mental disorder, not realizing she actually was seeing the divine. Lucifer though never lied.
