Thank your for these interviews, I really enjoy them. They show that people nowadays tend to overthink and overcomplicate things way too much. Training doesn't have to be complex. If you enjoy bodybuilding, something as simple as grabbing the Arnold Encyclopedia, learning the concepts, and experimenting for yourself (which I bet guys like him and other classic-style bodybuilders have done) will teach you more about your body than any fitness "expert" on social media. Don't seek validation from any online fitness guru; just experiment. You can always push yourself more than you think. Of course, there are always good people on the net who really want to help, but I've found that many of them are attached to some idea or dogma and don't think outside the box, so take their advice too if you think it may work and try it, but everything will always come down to how your body responds and your willingness to experiment. Bodybuilding is already invented; there's no need to overcomplicate things.

I feel sorry for people that believe you can't build muscle without training 6 to 7 days a week so sad.
Agreed 3 is plenty per week , I'm going to twice per week , upper/lower in 2 years time as I'll be 48 then and longevity is the name of the game
it feels like they dont have a clue what they're doing, but social media are giving importance because of how they look..
