JGOD, I just started playing again after a break. The last COD game I played was cold war. I play with my grown-up children and Grand Kids, and they requested I start playing with them again. I have been watching your videos for many years. Always enjoyable and informative. I'm a older player, turned 76 this year. Going through the struggle phase of finding a weapon that ADS's fast and is accurate. This video helped a lot with aim. Now I just need to figure out a loadout that will work for me.

Also, kudos to you for playing with your kids and grandkids. I’m 40 and play with my 12 year old.

Love the vid. From one of your old BO4 vids…loved your suggestion for building a hip fire gun and running around tracking bots that way to find a sensitivity starting point 🤓
Yeah “lunchtime” on RUclips helped me out with this
Start with hipfire laser build and just burn a bunch of bots making sure you’re a, warmed up and later b, not over/under aiming and keeping centring on target without too many exceptions
And then tidy up ads sens by using a quick ads build, doing the same but with ads kills at different ranges and later flicking to targets
Hardest part is not changing sensitivity every other game 😂

4:24 I actually aim in the middle of the two angles I’m trying to hold. So it cuts the time to flick on target in half while also maintaining clear visibility on both angles

Yo @jgod, always love your content. For the centering crosshairs, I know it comes down to preference, but removing the crosshair, and adding the centering dot (Which you can change the size of) helps tremendously because it doesn't move/disappear like the crosshairs do while moving. Just a small tidbit

@@briansweeney9285 Some people prefer the dot. Hip fire indicators in this game are inaccurate anyway (they show way too much spread for what it actually is) so might as well just have a simple dot. Especially that some people (myself, for example) are used to having a simple dot from games like Counter Strike or Valorant, which allow you to customize your crosshairs to a much greater extent.

Just a quick note, I noticed you were trying to expain aim asisst and it's difficult to explain it without showing it, you can show both how aim assist works and sensetivity testing in the firing range, no bots required :)

JGod, I personally prefer linear, but your fellow stat guru Xclusive Ace prefers standard. Just reinforcing what you said about response curve type being personal preference.

@@Lee-wh3ht depends. If you're talking about MP, I'd say Ace is the more knowledgeable one since that's all Ace cares about. Warzone, for sure it's JGod. Either way, who knows more wasn't really my point.

Yea a lot of these settings are preferences. I used to run dynamic because everyone said it worked. I switched to linear and tweaked a few more settings and it’s been great for me.
Private match should make the bots crouch behind a head glitch like everybody does so I can practice what real gameplay would feel like
Ive been using Black Ops since like day 3 of MW3 and agree it feels a LITTLE bit better

Asked several times, genuinely curious. You mentioned in Dreamstrike comments that 10/10 .8 ads does not equal 8/8 1 ads. What is the percentage of sensitivity slowdown for 1 ads at, say 10/10?
It will feel different depending on FoV and response curve, it's not exactly 1 to 1 when moving %. Really hard to measure as well.
There is barley any aim assist on Xbox, and to boot you can’t turn on off cross play, so you get sweaty pc players in their white CDL skins slide canceling, bunny hopping. Feels bad

I had no idea focusing didn’t give you rotational air assist, I played all of MW2 thinking my aim was off when I strafe
only learnt this today! need to change it as soon as i get home :(

It was a little over the top in MW2. It's fine in MW3. Mouse and key is a way bigger advantage if you're decent at it
On mouse you literally just need to pull your hand down a bit to counter recoil, which is infinitely easier than perfecting the pull down on joystick.

I play with a FOV of 110. With a sensitivity of 15/15 and an ads of 1.20. I pull down on the sticks when I shoot (a habit I have from playing Siege). Took me a long time to get up to that sens but it's the best for me. I think players should start off low and work their way up so that can get use to it and snap faster in between target imo
I play on 6-6 also and I found this sensitivity too high and went down to 5-5
Im a keyboard and mouse player with 4.1kd and still think it needs to be a little nerfed aimassist, not crying, just feel its a bit to op for someone who can realy master it.

I sold my edge best the overlaping response curves made my aim feel wonky
@@vaporx8713 yeah I had to take off the response curves as well and just use dynamic for mw3. I still love the edge for its comfortability and the back buttons.
How do i have .55 kd and shadow banned 2 time once during campaign and after 2 hours of play.

The no hit reg is bad server latency I think. I've noticed it too.
My aim felt a little weird as usual just bcuz it’s a new game. After 3 hours my aim was fire. Even with no stock on my gun im hittin my shots

Does anyone know what the deal is with the Menu bug when trying to enter controller config? (Console) - it keeps kicking me back to the menu.
Someone mentioned deleting and reinstalling which I assumed was a troll but I’ve done it anyway and it’s still happening.
Same thing happens to me. I don't get it.
You have to go to your console settings go to your save data and delete it mw3 save data. I’m assuming when mw3 came out it took your save data from warzone and mw2 configuration and got corrupted. Happen to me where I couldn’t edit my button layout and it kept kicking me out. All my other saved setting was there from mw2 however except my button layout. Did it and it starting to work after ! Let me know if it worked for you
Uninstalling is useless because your saved data is corrupt

Anyone else having issues with the attachments ? I’m on ps5 vault edition version of the game and I can’t equip on any mw3 gun the following:
A laser
A rear grip
Ammunition type
A sight
Currently level 46 and I’ve had to pretty much level up all my guns base 🤣
I know that if you didn’t get some attachments on MW2 then you won’t be able to use them on mw3. I believe every gun can use every attachment from mw2 on mw3. I’m using lasers I unlocked and used on mw2, on my mw3 guns. Not sure if this helps brother
@@jozzieGG appreciate your response, I am 1250 rank on mw2 got all the camos all the challenges and certainly all the attachments.
Last night I reinstalled the whole cod hq including mw2 multiplayer and yet the issue won’t go away.
Guess I’ll have to wait till they roll and update to fix that, hopefully it will come along with one for the mini map dots to show the enemy accurately ( up, down or ground level)
@jozzieGG i figure it out, when you go into the gunsmith use the filter option and select only the one box that says UNLOCKED and you should be able to equip all your unlock attachments

IIRC, they said they will be adjusting MW2 weapons and attachments (statistics I mean) to be in line with MW3 weapons/attachments. But I'm not sure if that's already happened or if we'll have to wait for a future update.

I came here to ask this!! I'm on ps5 and in random games my gun looks like it's a ridiculous high fov! The gun looks like it's about a metre long 😂. Then a few games later it'll be back to normal.

CoD servers are just out of control disconnecting my PC at the beginning of every match. Yesterday 5 hours trying. Today on the second try it let me in. On my second match, a Ranked play it disconnected me with 1 second to start. Now I've been trying for over an hour and I get "SERVER DISCONNECTED You have been disconnected from the COD WMIII servers. Please try again" OMG IF THEY CAN'T GET IT TOGETHER...LET THE pC players play with PC players only. But buying a game that I am disconnected 90% of the time should be illegal. I welcome the creators to sit on my chair and enjoy my experience with COD. IT SUCKS!!!
