Ingredients
Cheese:
2c Almonds (soaked overnight, peeled)
1T Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
2T Nutritional Yeast
1t Garlic powder
1t Onion powder
1/2t Sea Salt
1/4t Black Pepper
2T EVOO (optional)
1c Water
Meat* :
1c Walnuts (chopped)
1c Mushrooms (chopped)
1/3c Oat Flour
1T Italian Herbs
1t Garlic powder
1t Onion powder
1/2t Red Pepper Flakes
1/2t Fennel seed
Sea Salt tt
Black Pepper tt
Zucchini Pasta:
2ea Zucchini (thinly sliced lengthwise)
Sauce:
1/2c Sundried Tomatoes with herbs
1ea sprig Basil, fresh (reserve one leaf for garnish, optional)
2T Oregano, fresh
1/2c Tomatoes, fresh
1ea Garlic clove, small (optional)

Really where are the ingredients amounts? It's bad enough that there's no talking and just irritating music but why aren't the ingredients listed in the bio at least? Not impressed tbh silly set up and stupid noise with no explanation 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

You get some mushrooms, you get some cashews or almonds, you get some herbs that you like .. and play with portions. Not everything has to be exact! ( or if you want a raw vegan lasagna recipe.. Google it..)

Learn to calm down, take a deep breath and pay attention to detail. Everything you need is visible in this video.
Maybe get 2 large organic zucchinis to start with. Looked like the way she was shaving it gave a lot of slices. 4 slices each.. and go from there.
It's really not complicated.
If you can’t figure this out, order her cookbook instead of coming on her video being rude and disrespectful.
