Lyft Driver Makes the Biggest Mistake of Her Life

For those interested in the damage caused by her accident, she struck a wooden power pole, a residential front yard fence, a mailbox, and a large tree which was uprooted as a result. The impact caused numerous fence posts and panels to strike an unoccupied vehicle as well.

It's well-established legal precedent that having a 2-year-old makes all crimes legal

Damn you truly are deranged. She nearly hit 2 people with her car. Wonder how your society free of "political parasites" would go @@jeremyallen9624
@@jeremyallen9624 By your logic, because she technically didn’t “harm” or kill anyone, she didn’t commit a crime. Even though she was driving drunk, 70mph in a 20mph zone, and could’ve very well killed herself or others. Using fancy words doesn’t make you correct.
she also mentioned she's a Lyft driver so that should absolve her
@@jeremyallen9624 I am so sick of you sovereign citizens not understanding that traffic laws are there to protect the lives of citizens, of your fellow citizens when you’re driving, and to protect your own life when I and others are driving.
Speeding at over 70 miles (over 112 kms) per hour in a 20 mile (30 km) zone, which are high pedestrian traffic and residential zones, is like aiming a gun and blindly shooting in the general direction of pedestrians. That the bullets OR her car managed to hit and kill no one is a miracle.
Criminal negligence is a thing.
Aiming a gun and shooting it randomly even without intending to hit and kill anyone, and not hitting and killing anyone, is still a crime. The same applies to driving in a criminally negligent manner, not hitting and killing anyone with the car is the miracle, because what she did was criminally negligent, that is why it’s illegal, because it poses are risk to life and limb of innocent bystanders.
If she had hit and killed someone, she’d be facing homicide charges because that under the law is not classified as an accident. It was foreseeable that her criminally negligent driving would result in deaths, and that’s even if she didn’t intend to hit anyone, let alone kill them, the act alone of going 70 in a 20 zone (high residential pedestrian zone) is itself the act of criminal negligence that you should have foreseen hitting and killing someone.
It’s not just a crime when using a car to intentionally hit and kill someone. It is also a crime to merely drive in the criminally negligent way that was reasonably foreseeable that it could end with such a death. This is no different to it not only being a crime to use a gun to intentionally hit and kill someone with the bullet. It’s also a crime to blindly shoot in the general direction of bystanders not intending to kill anyone specifically, but that it was reasonably foreseeable that it could kill bystanders. No one need actually die for it to be a crime in either case.
The crime is that the act is criminally negligent by its very nature that it reasonably foreseeably could result in death. That’s why it’s illegal to drive the way she did. That’s why those traffic laws exist.

Yeah I mean I've been pulled over a few times and I mean let's say with maybe some weight in the car and I never acted this way
Imagine if she had customers in the back..
first thing i do after i am stopped, a pull out the key and put it on the dashboard, as the officer arrive; i do tendo to temporarely panic, that avoids any sudden urges; in my mind i went over and over what i should do if stopped; runnins is not one of them; clearly she is a spoiled child;
@@andrewbochicchio2232 I used to carry a quarter zip separate from the pound I had. one time I got pulled over and when the officer smelled it I immediately handed the quarter over. he poured it out and sent me on my way lmfao.
I think anyone who is pulled over by a leo and is accused of any traffic infraction should have their license suspended indefinitely.
I'm so glad no one was in the passenger seat!
Not guilty my ass. LOCK HER UP !!!
The arrogance that led her to flee is the same arrogance that led her to plead not guilty. She’s a child in an adult’s body. She has a basic belief that if she feels “scared” she has a right to do anything and to be honest young people are kind of being taught this and that authority isn’t something they need to respect.
Hmmm, that sounds suspiciously like a lot of people we see on this channel. Everyone seems to think they are in a "privileged" class. People need to learn that the only privileged people are the ones that MAKE the laws.
Her kids Lyquisha and Tyrone are being set a bad example.....
so what your saying is the democrat party, Liberals and the woke are poisoning young peoples minds.
Exactly!
She requested a jury trial... I get the impression she is used to getting away with things.
I love how her kid went from being 2 years old to 3.5 years old in a matter of minutes
Time flys with them as they say
She must’ve hit 88mph, that’s how time travel works Marty
they grow up so fast
She says a2 year old, a 3.5 year old and a fiance. I think the 3.5 year old just doesn't sound as important in her mind. It she favors the 2 year old.
@mrsfontaine Exactly! That was my immediate thought the moment she corrected to 3 1/2 years old. Great comment!
She doesn’t even have a two year old her kid is 3 1/2
got herself a Lyft to jail
Fiancé needs to use this as an escape route.
Thats going to be hard to break to the kid when he/she/they get old enough.
*"Sorry, Mom's a criminal."*
My dad hid his DUI from his kids for 30 years... The kids are alright
@@gimpzilla this…is more than a DUI lol
its the fiances fault this even happened.
all she needs is the loving guidance of a good man. she can be saved 😍
@@twistedyogert FYI, it’s either he or she there’s no in between
Do you get the feeling that no-one has ever told her, “No. you can’t do that.”?
"yes honey"
-her parents
🙄 How original. It's just crazy to think that people neevveerrrr behave like rude idiots when they've had good parents.
I know it gets real old. I'm an adult, and, if my mom was still alive, she'd kick my butt for being stupid like that!!😂 Love ya mom
Eh, gotta stop blaming the parents for a grown person’s behavior.
Mine were total shit, dad abandoned mom neglected, yet I raised myself well enough to having never been arrested and I’m 38.
Meanwhile she has her parents and is incapable of being responsible, why are we always blaming everything/everyone but the person at fault.
You can do whatever you want. You just have to avoid "human justice" after.
Her fastening the seat belt was a big red flag.
She doesn't know what invasive means😅
“ One bad mistake”? Really…driving drunk, fleeing, going 70 mph in a 25,almost hit 2 pedestrians, damage to property and flees a second time…pleads not guilty 🙄 and wants a jury trial…she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed!🤣
I imagine she will try to use her " scaredness ", as a defense at her trial .
"How do you plead?"
"I have a 2 year old child."
"NOT GUILTY!"
A second time?! She really went all out
She really thinks just because she has a two-year old she can get away with this!!!
she shouldn't even be allowed to have a kid
Of course, she’s one in 2.2 billion!
Women.
A Lyft driver that never goes out. Interesting career plan.
@shanecharles4589 I'm a female and I would NEVER act like that!
Didn't any one in the family say don't shame the name? Driving for lyft? Now that is funny!
How much can she possibly earn as a Lyft Driver if she never goes out?
She is not a good person, she is bad… Thank you Officer for stopping this crazy person
i think that poor lady’s tree in her front yard stopped her more than anything. She’s lucky she didn’t die or kill someone in the process
Right, you have absolutely no conscience if you can drive random strangers in your car while impaired. Hey, I know misery loves company, but she's taking it to a deadly level.
Agreed
I do not believe that she was trying to drive for lyft. I think she was going home after a night out with her friends and use that as an excuse. Thinking the cop would let her go.
You arrested a mother!?!?!?!?!?! The Audacity!
single mother for sure....
And such a good person too!
@@martinpedromo-wh3cwWhat does that even mean? What does being a single mom have to do with it? It’s coming across as a derogatory statement towards single moms. At least they’re the ones that stayed instead of *abandoning* their children like their ‘father’ did.
I’m sorry but I just don’t get your contempt for women being left with all the responsibility to take care of their children alone. Your contempt is misplaced.
@@skel760 This kind of women are left alone because of their horrible character. If they were normal, they wouldn't be left alone.
@@martinpedromo-wh3cw wow. Really? So these fathers abandon their kids because they don’t like their mothers? They liked them enough to f*k. Doesn’t say much about the father’s character, does it? So they’re off the hook? Women are damned if they do and damned if they don’t. I’ve know many caring and wonderful women who have been left because the father ‘decided’ they didn’t want to be responsible anymore., (can you imagine women deciding they didn’t want to parent anymore and leaving left and right) or met someone ‘more fun’ because they aren’t taking care of kids. Pretty selfish and despicable if you ask me. Why don’t they try to get custody of them if they can’t stand their mother. Gtfu what are you, 12? You don’t like women very much, do you?
I feel like some of these criminals think that let's have a few kids so that if we ever get chased by an officer, we can just say I have a child to take care of so please spare me! WTH...!!!
I can't believe she's pleading not guilty😂 I wish I was on the jury!
She drives intoxicated, takes off from police , crashes her car into someone’s front yard. Yet she repeats her self serval times, “ I have a two year old, I have two year old “ Great way to prove your innocence to the Leo. 🤦🏻♂️
she forgot her kids age, lol thats hwo fucked up she was or shes a bad mom, she sai i have a 2 year old then she said 3 year old lol.
@@jasonstyrke1805 I think she has 2 kids.
screw LEO its a jury she should be worried about
"I'm a mother" or "I'm pregnant" seems to be the first line of defence for every American woman who finds herself in a difficult situation.
Maybe she meant “I am a 2 year old! I am a 2 year old!”😂
