  • Here is a perfect example of someone with a clean record messing it all up big time.
For those interested in the damage caused by her accident, she struck a wooden power pole, a residential front yard fence, a mailbox, and a large tree which was uprooted as a result. The impact caused numerous fence posts and panels to strike an unoccupied vehicle as well.

@@jeremyallen9624 I am so sick of you sovereign citizens not understanding that traffic laws are there to protect the lives of citizens, of your fellow citizens when you’re driving, and to protect your own life when I and others are driving.
Speeding at over 70 miles (over 112 kms) per hour in a 20 mile (30 km) zone, which are high pedestrian traffic and residential zones, is like aiming a gun and blindly shooting in the general direction of pedestrians. That the bullets OR her car managed to hit and kill no one is a miracle.
      Criminal negligence is a thing.
Aiming a gun and shooting it randomly even without intending to hit and kill anyone, and not hitting and killing anyone, is still a crime. The same applies to driving in a criminally negligent manner, not hitting and killing anyone with the car is the miracle, because what she did was criminally negligent, that is why it’s illegal, because it poses are risk to life and limb of innocent bystanders.
If she had hit and killed someone, she’d be facing homicide charges because that under the law is not classified as an accident. It was foreseeable that her criminally negligent driving would result in deaths, and that’s even if she didn’t intend to hit anyone, let alone kill them, the act alone of going 70 in a 20 zone (high residential pedestrian zone) is itself the act of criminal negligence that you should have foreseen hitting and killing someone.
It’s not just a crime when using a car to intentionally hit and kill someone. It is also a crime to merely drive in the criminally negligent way that was reasonably foreseeable that it could end with such a death. This is no different to it not only being a crime to use a gun to intentionally hit and kill someone with the bullet. It’s also a crime to blindly shoot in the general direction of bystanders not intending to kill anyone specifically, but that it was reasonably foreseeable that it could kill bystanders. No one need actually die for it to be a crime in either case.
The crime is that the act is criminally negligent by its very nature that it reasonably foreseeably could result in death. That’s why it’s illegal to drive the way she did. That’s why those traffic laws exist.
      Do you get it yet?
