It's affected by percent, so it won't kill any character at 0% but it'll kill pretty much everyone at 100%. But I believe it's also extremely heavily affected by gravity & possibly fall speed - not so much weight. So you get characters like Fox who live forever despite being light since they fall fast, and characters like Snake who die super early despite being heavy!

I think this one is so much fun because when you use it, it's a hazard to everyone. Most of the other items in Smash are a strict benefit to the one who holds or uses it. That's also why I preferred the smart bombs in previous Smash games because you couldn't just chuck it anywhere (like you can in Ultimate).
