- Hello and welcome back to the Without Limits podcast.
This week's guest is extra special and brings the topic of conversation a little closer to home.
Since launching the podcast, we have made a deliberate attempt to alternate between well-known industry guests from the worlds of sports, fitness, and business, but also people who help unpack the MARCHON brand.
In this episode, I sit down to talk to my wife and best friend, Lauren Marchon.
We cover the beginning of the start to MARCHON and the trials and tribulations that I went through at various stages of my career.
We also discuss bringing up our children and the stresses and strains on our relationship that naturally come with the territory. Additionally, we delve into how she manages her fitness, her nutrition, and everything else that people have asked through social media via a Q&A.

Great podcast guys! Enjoyed so much. I really hoped Mrs M would have her own channel one day showing us how she manages her life around kids, husband, in laws and work outs. I also started my content creation journey thought no one would care what I do or say, but the truth is there are. especially what Mrs M will bring is practical first hand life experience, on top of that she has such a genuine and funny personality, I’m sure there be will an awful a lot of girls would love to hear what she will share!
