I tried the mindfulness pleasure thing from your other video-and it was the first time I was in my body relaxing and feeling and so present! I was absolutely amazed that I was fine with just that. That was everything. I can’t believe I never felt like that my whole life. I loved when you said “limbic resonance”! My background is in behavioral neuroscience and evolutionary psychology so that was amazing imagery for me. Thank you for sharing your experience and your amazing insights and methods. ❤

Seems you suffered cptsd from childhood. This is my current self work. I was able to detox from alcohol overuse recently. Now through psychology, philosophy and honesty work with my self im doing so much better. Thankyou for your channel. I shall explore the mindfulness work as a tool to add to my current kit. That's wonderful that you have found tools and healing modalities that work for you! I am indeed diagnosed with c-ptsd and the years of resolution work I've done (and continue to do!) have led me to the work I do today. I am a trauma resolution guide (somatic, archetypal, bilateral stimulation, and Brainspotting) and my upcoming book is on the topic of childhood trauma. Mindfulness has been a great tool, but only one of many. As you know, complex trauma requires a lot of different approaches! Glad to connect with you and I'm am sending you all the best
