Thank you for this, Jessica!
I've been listened to your early ones in very slow motion to sleep. Releasing from self disciplined mode. Just hearing you mention the body parts and reflective monologue has helped me let go when time to sleep. Thanks.
I'm so happy to know that it was helpful! Thanks for your kind feedback and for your patience with my reply
I was very much enjoying and appreciating everything you said, especially the extremely thoughtful and careful way you were choosing each and every word in your preface statement. I kept thinking to myself over and over again, FINALLY.... here is someone who understands at a very very deep "spiritual level" the value of each and everyone of their words. So thank you for taking the time exercise that care because that in and of itself nourished my soul. The only thing that I found a bit "off-putting" was when you mentioned that something was an absolute truth. And this was not something which I attrubuted to you directly but was probably the result of growing up in an extremely dogmatic Christian home where I suffered greatly as the result of these so called "absolute truths." I'm sorry but while I certainly leave space there might be such a thing as a truly "universal truth" I'm not ready to accept such a concept so easily - again, my response was based on my own personal expecerience so that's not on you.. per se. Anyway, I just want to close by once again saying how much I benefitted from your talk even genuinely appreciated how you so carefully chose your words😇
Thank you so much for your patience with my reply. I deeply appreciate the time you took to write this comment. I also appreciate the feedback! It's so helpful to get such thoughtful and thorough feedback on my work. I totally hear you on how a phrase like "absolute truth" could not land well. I do try to leave everything open for folks to translate into what is most helpful and I'll be more aware of that language in the future. Thanks again and I'm sending you love and kindness!

Your hair is funny 😂
Thanks, Ali! : )

She’s SO FUCKING tortured 😂
I noticed a few comments from you about me being tortured and it made me curious. Can you clarify what you mean? Thanks!
