Thank you for that feedback. I'm so happy that the meditation was effective for you. It could be supportive to spend a little time in a healthy contraction (wrapped in a blanket, self-hug, etc) or grounding after the practice. This can help integrate the experience and create a sense of safety for any parts of self that might feel a bit overwhelmed by the intensity. Thanks for giving the practice a try!
@@wildawakening I am seriously thinking about getting into being a life coach or something similar. Perhaps something with energy work.
