Somehow, I feel he is talking to the eight year old Doctor Who fan, David MacDonald in Paisley, Scotland. Thank you for creating it.
It was an interactive episode on a DVD, not specifically for children, but still :) actually when he says "brava brava" in Italian, it means like "you're great, girl" so it looks like he's referring to a female partner, but I don't know if he actually knows that, so.. 🤷🏻♀️ you're welcome, I'm glad you liked this video!❤
