Sir, what will be the expenses for a building plan approval in CMDA approved land. Plan is GF for shop and 1st and second floor for house. Total land area is 1200sft. Building plan is 2500sft.

We got plan Approval for GF+1F on 2015. While taking the approval time they told it is valid life time.
Now planning to construct 1floor.

5 years validity.. You should construct your as per approved floor Ground floor or first floor or second floor part of part you construct -5 years validity as per Local panchayat norms

For residential construction we have get completion certificate or after completion of construction we can pay property tax in that no need get completion certificate

Good morning sir. I have I big dought in building plan approval. Our grand mother property in chennai and we got partition with family members via court. Land total size 22.6 sq ft width and 70 sq. Ft length. Two person partition, each share 22.6×35 and to access back side portion we commonly given 8 sq ft as common passage. Main road width is 30 ft and To get building plan approval of back portion 8 sq ft common passage is ok. Pls clarify.

I finished B.arch last year and registered in council of architecture .I worked in a construction firm for one year.
Do i need to register in local body (like municipality) to start my own practice? Some people are approaching me for creating Approval drawings for residence . i worked on approval drawings in my office, so i am familiar with it. But for signature of LICENSED SURVEYOR, Does my COA registration counts?
